I do Instacart I accidentally Paid with wrong card on my phone and they would not let me get my refund back. Even tho I just purchased it they told me to call a number which was not going to be open for 2 days!!!! I've never in my LIFE had an issue with a return

In need of Passport pictures , I called before going and they confirmed they offered the service. I drove to them and once I walked in and asked for passport pictures they said the machine was not working.Totally waste of time, which is why I called ahead of time. She did send me to CVS , “the machine always works there”If it’s ice cream, go here. Not passport pictures.

Yes I always have a pleasant experience when I go to Rite aide. They always have what I need even my kitten's favorite food (other places I go almost never won't have it)! I agree with Kathleen Sotello about the thrifty ice cream. It does bring back memories of my cousin & I & the little ones going to the local Rite Aide to get Double scoops at least! Plus The customer service is right on point even going the extra mile. Greatly appreciated!❣️

The people servicing the pharmacy are very full of themselves, the way customers are treated with no respect and a bad attitude, is something that is not appreciated, it is already bad enough to be sick and to be mistreated by the clerks is not acceptable, for sure they are in the wrong business, they will not always going to be young and healthy, and many things can happen in life, so maybe they need to think about that before they continue to be so dismissive with the customers. I will be transferring my rx to a different pharmacy for sure.

So this place is known for ice cream and every time I come in there's no ice cream. What's going on? I mean no one serving, no gallons, no explanations, no one greets you. I think I saw tumbleweeds rolling in the store. Bring back the ice cream station

this has given me the best customer service since i can remember, rite aid still have thrifty values and i always feels like a happy kid all over again getting my ice cream!
