If I could give 0 stars I would! My mom got SCAMMED here! She gave her gold necklace and they lended her $450 once she paid it off, she got her gold necklace back. A family member of ours who sells duplicated gold for a living mentioned her necklace seemed fake and when he applied nitric acid her necklace disappeared. Super disappointing because this was a sentimental value. She's came here multiple times and always paid her dues but after this she's never coming back.

About 5 years ago I was down and out and had to pawned my favorite guitar. I couldn't pay the loan back and due to losing my job. Frank called and let me know that he had held on to it for me after all these years knowing that 1 day I'd get back on my feet and be able to get my guitar back. Frank and the pawnmart family are the best in the business. I highly recommend them.

About 5 years ago I was down and out and had to pawned my favorite guitar. I couldn't pay the loan back and due to losing my job. Frank called and let me know that he had held on to it for me after all these years knowing that 1 day I'd get back on my feet and be able to get my guitar back. Frank and the pawnmart family are the best in the business. I highly recommend them.

Prices on used goods more than price for item new. They've got an Epiphone ES339 priced at $449.99. I asked if it was used, they said yes. There's signs of it too. They sell new for $499 with free shipping. I told the guy hey, just for info that item is priced more than new price. He asked how much I would offer for it. I told him I'm not looking to purchase that one but typically I'd say used items are worth 1/2 to 3/4 value of new. He said "oh no, we couldn't do anything like that." Also the other guitar an LTD 407B priced at $749. Again used priced at new price point. Wouldn't recommend buying here. Maybe sell it you can convince them your used item is worth new price or more.

I've called multiple times in a row to check something in stock and they put me on hold and hang up. Customer service is very low and most definitely not friendly. Plenty of others places Togo before here that's forsure. Would not recommend.

Came here to look at guns. Employee stated I needed an appointment to even just look. I asked if he could order me a beretta and he said no. They had one in stock and it was $739.00 wow. He stated that there was a price increase because of the pandemic.I’m not sure how these guys are trying to stay in business if they won’t even let me look. Also the placed was empty. For guns my advice would be to go to turner down the street or better yet head down to Ammo bro’s 10 minutes away in Cerritos.

Been going there for a few years, got my 3ds back today and they were beyond professional, employees lying so other employees won't get in trouble, not even sure if my stuff works they didn't want to verify it.
