Love the convenience of being able to stay in your car while services are performed. They offer you refreshments while you wait and keep you informed of everything they are doing at all times. Provide recommendations, but don’t pressure you to purchase anything.

Nice place to have your oil change. Good service technicians, but we all should check our oil levels in our cars after we arrive home.

I’ve been coming to this Norwalk Oilstop for years and I’ve always had the best experiences!
However this time I had an EXCEPTIONAL experience because Oscar the technician that was helping me was AMAZING, helpful, friendly, professional, and provided me with one of the best customer service I’ve had.
Everyone is always so nice and not pushy. They are knowledgeable and provide you with what you may need to change but if you declined then they don’t ever pressure you to add on anything additional if you don’t want too!
The prices are reasonable and they have discount coupons all the time. I’ll definitely come here for my oil change for as long as I own a car.
Also as a bonus you get a free carwash coupon to use at the carwash down the street.

Went for an oil change, left with a broken oil filter mounting stud. Manager refused to take responsibility for the damage caused and I had to tow the vehicle to a repair shop. Thanks for the free coke but I'll be getting my oil changes elsewhere now.

I believe this may be the best experience I’ve ever had having the oil changed on the car. They were efficient speedy and they got the job done. I appreciate it , their extended work as far as checking fluids and filters and offering advice that was necessary. great great job I will be returning.

Oscar, David and Anthony did a great job changing the oil in my car. They asked me about adding other things but there was no pressure to purchase anything extra. I highly recommend Oilstop Drive Thru Oil Change.
