I contacted the business with an inquiry about flower combinations and quote. The owner got back to me the next day with questions and included her phone number to text her the ideas I have in mind. I sent her pictures and she sent me a quote and what she could do. The entire exchange felt personalized, came with options and was handled through text (the preferred communication and payment style of early Millennials ) Patty? Patricia? I failed to ask what her preferred name was, but she will be texting me pictures of the final product as well. This experience was 100x better than paying for overpriced arrangements through a site that links to unknown florists who often times deliver arrangements that look nothing like what was advertised. Thank you Patty's Pretty Flowers! Pictures to follow in the future.

I ordered an arrangement the day before Valentine's Day, over the phone with Dalia. She was very helpful & professional. My wife sent me a photo of the flowers, in which she was very impressed by the freshness & quality of the flowers. I'll be using them in the future.

I am very happy I chose Norwalk Florist by Patty's Pretty Flowers amongst the other florists I found in the area. Communication was very good and everything worked out great!! My best friend absolutely loved the premium birthday combo I sent to her work place. Everything looked better than the photos, so pretty and luxurious!!! They will love it! They delivered around the time I requested, although it was later than they normally do deliveries. The delivery driver missed an add on I bought and when I called the following day, they were willing to deliver it but I asked for a refund instead. And they happily did that. I would definitely recommend this place and will buy from them again!!

So happy with the services of Norwalk Florist! Pattie was very helpful on the phone with choosing and arrangement. They were also able to get the arrangement to our grandmother that same day, even writing translating the card in Spanish for us. The arrangement was beautiful too!
