They offered to put us on automated payments to get a discount so we agreed and they said ok you're set up already and when my bill was due my phone lines disconnected and we needed the lines for work. Found out that they never set us up for it. Also, STAFF IS RUDE they make mistakes and are very RUDE after. Doesn't matter what age you are. I heard them being rude to an older lady that they were helping before us. Especially the girl with very dark brown hair, short of height and chubby. Extremely RUDE. Don't come here!Go somewhere else they will be nicer and won't make so many mistakes!...

Came in here to buy my mother a phone and the girl that helped us with very light brown hair and light skinned deleted all her old photos from her sd card when transferring it to her new phone and we asked her before she did it if it will erase them when transferring and she said no. The next day we returned and confronted her about it and she said said that she never told us that it wouldn't erase so she obviously does not know what she is doing. 5 years of memories erased because she did not know what she was doing. The rest of the staff is also RUDE. Don't come here they were very rude to my mom the other 2 girls. Go to a different Metro shop!

Brought an iphone for my son on friday 25, very nice lady named Heylin said my son did not need to be present to get a new phone line under his name, so next day I changed my mind, wanted to get him a newer iphone, I called to the store spoke to Enrique he said no problem I have 15 to return or exchange it that I would pay only the difference, I drove all the way from Toluca Lake just to find out a rude guy named JOSE, not sure that his name, he told me NO RETURNS, I asked him to talk to Enrique which he did then I was told that my soon needed to be present???? So I wonder, metropcs allows you to get a phone line under somebody else’s name with no problem at all but if you want to return or exchange theres no way you can do it??
