Poor customer service, phone calls are never answered. Too much run around. Too much chit chatting and not helping customers. Too much excuses over solutions. Management need step up and keep some type of order for company.

They lied outright. EAST LIN is not reputable. Purchased X5 from Southbay. Finance person, EAST LIN, said brakes needed replacing in 2500 miles, as confirmed by their own inspection. EAST LIN pushed a $4K Extended Warranty, saying when I reach my destination the warranty will pay for itself by covering the new brakes. Come to find out the brakes were in great shape and the cars computer system reflected many more thousands of miles before BMW would even consider covering new brakes. Now Warranty is expiring and brakes are still no where in the vicinity of BMW authorizing new brakes. My bad for trusting Southbay and EAST LIN. Now I know where to look in the cars navigation to find this info...if only I had known then. Beware and don't trust them and more importantly....do not buy any of there warranties.

I've had my VW GTI serviced at both McKenna VW in Cerritos and Huntington Beach. Exceptional service every time! They even saved my car when I though it was a blown engine... They've earned my trust. The best dealers in Southern CA!

As a long time BMW Porsche Owner I Wish to express my disappointment with the handling of my 718 repair at European Auto center. After waiting over 2 weeks no one has even started working on my repairs. I even sent my photos of the somewhat minor damages to the left fender and coolant leakage incurred in the accident. After calling both Porsche and USAA roadside assistance being told I could get a tow they were on the way but never showing up after 3 hours and now going round and round with USAA and European Auto Center after more than 2 weeks work has still not even begun. I had years prior used EAC for another Porsche with very satisfactory repairs but now am left wondering what has happened since. USAA also shares this complaint. Lloyd S.

Shady at best, low balled our trade in and the manager didn't even have the common decency to come over and address us as potential customers.1) The fact that there was no privacy when customers are discussing business indicated to us the shadiness McKenna operates. Case and point, the couple behind us were trading in a vehicle that was not even registered to them.2) We brought in a vehicle in good condition, and knew the vehicles worth via KBB. However when our dealer went to speak to the manager who handled the appraisal (who again, did not even acknowledge us) gave us a serious low ball price, and stated this was "non-negotiable "We ended up leaving McKenna and went to another BMW dealer who not only had a similar BMW in stock, but offered a higher appraisal and sell price, based upon our pre-approval.All this is to say, I would not advise shopping at McKenna unless you're getting financed by a shady loan shark, since that is the type of business people they seem to gravitate to.

Despite the current pandemic...European Auto Center did a great job getting my car back to looking as it did before the accident.Lariza was instrumental to making my experience smooth. She went up and beyond to get my car back to me in a timely manner. I highly recommend this establishment.Thank you again Ms. Lariza.your professionalism was appreciated by me.

This is the best new and pre-owned BMW dealer in the Los Angeles area, period! One of the most pleasant car buying experiences! My wife and I went in to look at new cars across the street, and decided to see what they offer in the pre-owned certified department. The salesman from the BMW across the street came with us as well and patiently showed us the cars there.. we were in love with BMW i3 and found a really nice 2014 i3 that was in like new condition. The salesman was working with us on the price, financing and answer our questions to the best of his knowledge. We also had help of BMW's Genius (like Apple Genius) who provided a great overview of the technology in this super advanced i3 electric car (granted it started in 2014 but coming from 2004 car we were very impressed). As we were working on the paperwork for the i3, we asked about the 5-series pre-owned certified and the salesman showed us a really nice like-new condition 2014 528i as well. While the i3 will be for my wife, this 528i would be the go-to car for long road trip and for better comfort.. so we talked with Rob the sales manager and was able to work out a great deal for both cars! thanks you so much for such great experience.. although we spent 6 hours at the dealer, but we drove away 2 cars! thanks again Rob, for everything and for your patience. we really appreciate it and how you're so straight forward and open with us.
