I waited an hour and a half for service and ended up just leaving! I had an appointment and was treated like I didn't have one. I came to fix the recommended items from the last time, and BMW made a mistake in the quote the made and didn't honor it, then I was told to wait for the service manager who NEVER came out so I took my car and left. Extremely disappointed in the service I received ESPECIALLY since I drove 50 miles to get serviced! I've been coming for years and seems like if I don't get my typical advisor I ALWAYS have a problem! But if the description and quote say one thing that's what I should be paying period! (Not to mention left my car running with the AC on for the hour and a half I was waiting!)

I came to McKenna to pick up a part after receiving confirmation it was in. I come it to pick up the part and it was the wrong one at which time I went home and retrieved the last 7 of my vin number and came back to order the part. Once I came back the individual who handed me the work park, ordered me the correct part, and told me I needed to pay for the part up front. I found it odd as I didn't have to for my original order. Once i payed the cost for the part the gentlemen proceeded to tell me he was unable to provide a receipt and that I can come back tomorrow and they give me the part. What can I say this dumb add thought after all these issues I would leave without a receipt. You can usually tell early the people who will go far in life. This gentlemen is going to struggle that's for sure. Anyhow, I asked to speak to the manager, I was informed his name was Norm, the dirt bag helping me took my email and said he would have Norm email me my receipt and come back to confirm. I waited for 30 miniatures for this as joke and and when I asked Leo Cabahall to follow up, he said Norm most likely already left for the day as it was 5:37 and he leaves at 5:30pm. Another dumb ass at work. He then proceeded to tell me it is what it is. That's the craziest thing I've been told from a employee to a costumer ever, especially seeing as they had 100.00 of my money and haven't provided a receipt. I asked for my money back any this fucking guy asked me for a receipt.WTF???!!! You dumb fuck!! That's what I'm waiting for as I would never trust this fucked up car dealer with my funds without providing a receipt. Anyhow this foolish guy brought me my money and I left without and unprofessional interaction, however I find it important to share so that others do not run into the same issues. Steer clear of this dealership. . Leo Carbahall is an ass hole, he has me sitting here're waiting here for Norman there manager who has left. These guys are a mess. I'm a manager myself and Im discussed at how this place conducts buisness.

Poor slooooooow customer service. Raymond the representative, left for lunch and forgot about me. I added the front desk person and he was clueless. I then asked Daniel and he was able to help me out. The car had been ready for quiet some time but no one had the brains to contact me, even thought I was waiting patiently in the waiting area. POOOOOOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

My 2021 BMW 228i lease was coming to an end. My husband reached out to 6 different BMW dealerships to trade in my lease 3 months early and lease another BMW. McKenna BMW in Norwalk had the best offer and deal out of all the other SoCal BMW dealerships he reached out to. I have been in the BMW family since 2015 and I have to say this has been the best experience I have had with BMW customer service and team. Corina helped us find and get the best deal for my 2024 BMW X3. We were interested in two X3's they had and she had parked both cars in the front before our arrival and had all the numbers ready to go and even had room to negotiate to get an even better deal. So so happy and I will be back 10000%.

I want to give a BIG Thank You to James! Thank you for your honesty, hard work, and exceptional customer service. Great communication throughout the whole week of getting my car repaired. James went above and beyond to provide me with the best experience as a first time client at McKenna BMW. I checked reviews at other BMW Dealers since I was trying to get some warranty issues covered on my car and decided to bring it in to McKenna and was not disappointed. James got all my issues covered through warranty and even had my car detailed. I've purchased cars at Toyota, Lexus, and other car manufacturer dealerships and have never been so satisfied with a service provided by a dealer. I will definitely be coming back here for any of my needs on my 328i and may even purchase a car through McKenna in the near future. Five star service and a client for life. Thank you McKenna BMW but most importantly thank you James, you the man!

stood out in the hot sun browsing cars for about 15 minutes waiting for a sales person to come ask if I wanted to see a car or if I had any questions, but instead multiple sales people walked by me as if I wasn’t there. I was the only party there in the dealership for my duration and as soon as another party came onto the lot they received assistance immediately. Ruined a shopping experience Forsure.

I was looking at different cars for a while and Bri was amazing! She helped me find the exact car I wanted and gave me a great deal. I went to several other BMW dealerships and honestly McKenna had the best service and best selection of cars. The whole team was amazing from the second we drove onto the lot. Ghazal was also very helpful!

Well, I couldn't be happier with the customer service we received at McKenna. I knew JT would be the man to close the deal for us when we first met him. He was so delightful from the start. He was patient with us- we took many visits and had many questions. He also took the time to explain everything and was also really nice throughout the whole process. It was my first BMW experience and I must say JT made it smooth and easy. I felt like he walked us through the red carpet from beginning to end. Go see JT and you won't be disappointed!!!!

I had an exceptional experience at BMW McKenna this month when purchasing a BMW X5. From the moment we arrived, Corina and her supervisor greeted us warmly and displayed the highest level of professionalism and attentiveness. What set them apart was the complete absence of pressure or price negotiation hassle, which was a breath of fresh air compared to other dealerships I've visited. I also want to give a well-deserved five-star shoutout to Victor for his in-depth explanation of the vehicle features and the BMW app.Our visit went late into the evening, around 8 pm, and to our surprise, the team waited until our departure, offering a friendly farewell. Their unwavering professionalism is truly commendable, and I wholeheartedly recommend BMW McKenna for anyone in search of an outstanding dealership experience.

I recently moved my vehicle service needs to McKenna BMW after 7years with another local BMW dealership. I’m so happy I made the move; the service at McKenna is focused on customer service starting from the scheduling point. I’m grateful to the service team, particularly to my service advisor, Adriana Carballo and John Mendez; and finally the service tech who worked on my vehicle. My service advisor kept me informed of the isolated issue, resolution time and progress. I completely trusted her guidance and appreciated the support. Never ever buy a car from this place, or any of the McKenna dealerships. The sales people, are typical car sales scum, have zero knowledge of the products, will lie thru their teeth to get a sale, and to boot, management admits their sales staff need “product training.”The owner, Danny McKenna, is a waste of a gene pool - typical car dealer mentality. He refuses to resolve any problems, despite all the marketing gimmicks he sends out stating that he’s all about making things right with the customer.

We recently took my BMW X3 in for service and Robert Sayasit took care of us. He took his time and answer all of my questions promptly. I highly recommend coming here for all your services. I got a loaner car and the ladies behind the counter were nice, and took care of me right away. I will definitely be coming back to this location. My overall experience was relaxing and excellent.

I purchased a new BMW X3 this month and McKenna BMW was great. I was driving my 23 year old Honda and was ready to upgrade my ride. I went to another BMW lot and was not treated well just to inquiry. I almost gave up. I looked up another location and McKenna BMW came up on my google search. I went and was greeted by Corina Rodriguez. She was inviting and helpful. She allowed me to test as many cars that I wanted. She gave me space to make decisions and think. I didn't feel pressured or taking advantage of. She worked with her supervisor on site and the finance team to help me make the best decision. I was able to call my partner and discuss prices and options. I went to buy a used car, but end up buying a new one because the the deal on the new car, vs the used ones, could not be beet. If you want to be treated like royalty, buy your car at McKenna and ask for Corina Rodriguez. The environment is supportive and positive. The staff helps each other and is patience, which is projected on their customers
