The location on 700 imperial highway is horrible! They wanted to charge me $160 and all I was getting back was $190. I asked so I get $30 back out of 190 and you get $160 I can't say enough shitty things about this place. I tell any and everyone do not deal with Liberty taxes. I give them one star not because they earned it, but only because they don't have a zero star.

My dad, sister and friend went to have their taxes done at Liberty Tax in Norwalk and they all paid for their tax preparation cash. When they received their refund by direct deposit they took $1k from my friend, $500 from my sister and $200 from my dad as additional fees that were never agreed upon. Has anyone else had this happen. We have been trying to reach the office and corporate office and they fail to reach out.

We filed our taxes with liberty every year and it usually goes really smooth. We usually go to La Habra but unfortunately they were closed this year. So we decided to come to this one. They didn’t give us any paper work when we finished and also we now found out they input the wrong bank information so now we will have to wait even longer for our return. This experience has been a disaster. We called repeatedly for days and left messages and got no response.

I had a really horrible experience with this location, the tax preparer "Adelita " is rude and lacks costumer service. My husband and I stopped by to prepare our taxes and she didn't know left from right. Then I requested a copy of my previous year's income tax copies and she acted like if she could care less.. I ended up requesting the copies 3 times and I had to deal with her lack of customer service. A very rude person, I would look for another place to prepare your taxes. And to top it off Rhys charge you an arm and a leg to prepare them. Never again!

absolutely love Liberty Tax Service. I have been going here for years and have always had consistent awesome customer service. Right when you walk in, you are greeted with smiles and they offer beverages and snacks while you wait to be seen. They have always gotten me top dollar and are knowledgeable in their work. I highly recommend this company to anyone.

dey un organized cant even clock in out of five hrs u get a 10 minute break for being a waiver i dnt thinks dats rite in wendy is a rude person she needs to be fired asap needs new mangement

The "tax professional ," didn't even speak the whole time during the preparation. After a grueling 45 minutes of staring at the guy he writes on a paper my federal and state return. Finnaly another employee walks in and explains things to me , a little hesitant I still give my signature where it need be. Funny thing is when I left they refused to give me copies of anything I walked out empty handed literally. It was odd . I hope I didn't get screwed over.
