As soon as you walk in, the music is blaring at an unnecessary volume.Cashier took our order (no receipt) and you need exact change if paying cash.They got somewhat busy, and I understand the time it takes to prepare food. But my smoothie was poorly blended. Chunks of ice with hardly any flavor. Extremely disappointed by the lack of quality.

Three Stars for cleanliness. I had a vegetarian and a iced coffee. Both were good. What kind of gross me out was that the front glass of the restaurant is completely filthy with fingerprints. There's also food all over the floor underneath the tables and every single table in the restaurant was dirty.There's two or three employees in there who were all very polite however, nobody was cleaning when the establishment is obviously filthy. The restrooms were also closed which is disgusting. Any normal person would like to wash their hands prior to eating. Had I not just washed my hands before I got there, I would've left.I will not be back.

The food was very delicious and their breakfast sandwiches have a lot of flavor. The baguette are crunchy and warm. Recommend the mango smoothie.

Long time customer of Lee’s. This location is one star all around. I ordered 10 egg rolls that were so old on the warmer they were inedible. Major health concerns! I’m too far to go back today so I’m out $13.The service just as bad. I was the only one in line and waited 5min to order.

This Lee’s Sandwich definitely demonstrates that they’re a “smaller” location. I would definitely try going to a more popular locations on the south side of the city. The Vietnamese iced coffee tasted standard. This location goes very heavy on the ice though. I also ordered 2 of their Special Combination sandwiches and it was mostly bread. The sandwiches also had the thinnest slice of meat. The proportions of the sandwich really shows how cheap this location is. Ive been to multiple Lee’s Sanwhiches and the others are much better. I would rather spend 15+ minutes to drive to another location rather than getting below standard food here.

I was here a few days ago and the gentleman who helped me was very nice and accommodating. I tried the iced coffee for the first time and loved it! So I returned with my husband to grab one on the way to do errands. The girl helping us was very unfriendly and we basically paid $17 for 3 cups of ice with a little bit of coffee. Do better Lee's. Your coffee is delish.... But I was so bummed on the service and Over iced coffee today. The pic is before I even took a sip. the lack of more stars is not cause it isn't delicious... it's due to the current experience.

Don't sleep on these smoothies people!! The place doesn't look like much from the outside to be honest, but their avocado smoothie is something I look forward to every time we get the chance to visit Cali. The avocado makes the smoothie so creamy and not too sweet - perfection every time!! We also tried their mango smoothie with rainbow jelly and it was excellent.

Went to Lee's because it's conveniently located across the way from my job and it's always really good. Today I went grabbed 2 pork buns one was grey and smelled so bad that I nearly gaged I know things happen and I'm not saying it's anyone's fault but coke on people check your older inventory and dispose of them properly. Not going there for a while and telling the people I know to stop going for a while. Some one can get very sick from bad pork.
