Worst place. Referred me to a rheumatology for possibly cancer, and its been almost 3 weeks and I can't make an appointment because they NEVER sent my results. I been calling the office left several voice-mail and haven't gotten a call back!

This place definitely needs better management someone to take control of the staff, just trying to setup an appointment was a nightmare to try and get someone on the phone. I will be looking for a new clinic ASAP I suggest you do the same or you will regret this decision

Just an overall horrible experience with them. I started going to La Familia Medical Center in August 2018 (thank you Obamacare), and from the moment I called to schedule my first appointment with them I knew this was the wrong place for me as the receptionist who answered my call was incredibly rude and condescending. The service itself was horrible. The doctor who I would see, Jessica Rivera, did a really bad job monitoring my health as I was constantly getting misdiagnosed by her. Whenever I had concerns, she would either give me an annoyed face or a simple "You're fine." Unfortunately my health has gotten worse and I've been to the hospital two times since going to this clinic. The nurses would never communicate things to me, or would flat-out lie to the doctor about me, saying that I've been avoiding their calls or they've been contacting me, which they never did. They would communicate to me by sending me very vague and generic letters that would say nothing about my health. It's like they want you to get sick. They told me they would have results for a test I did almost a month ago in three days since it was urgent, and they have yet to call me about anything other than to send me more generic letters in the mail. If you want your health to rapidly deteriorate, look no further than La Familia Medical Center.
