Things were well stocked and organized.It was very easy to navigate and easy to find everything we needed.The only concern was the long wait at check out. They had plenty of staff on the floor (we saw about 8 employees stocking shelves, assisting in the store), but only one cashier and our line was about 10 people.We definitely prefer this location over the Irvine location and will be back.”

“I love this online store. They keep up with the seasons and new trends. Honestly, I have to limit my trips to this website because I can empty my wallet real quick! They have a lot of items in real SOLID wood which is hard to find these days. My mom LOVES this store too, In fact, this is an AMAZING place to find a gift for your mom! Haha.They are offering warehouse pick up for locals!! I was able to purchase a very trendy drink table, a set of planters and a throw pillow, and picked it up the same day. Absolutely amazing. Tall guy behind the counter helped me out for almost an hour making sure I got what I needed, the two women behind the counter are also very knowledgeable One time I went in the warehouse guy was putting away stuff and stopped what he was doing to help me out I thought that was pretty cool he knew his way around makes me feel comfortable like I'm gonna get home and get the job done.”

Really clean team (we were living in it) and really thorough with all the finishes, like alignment and making sure things are centered. Corrected a couple issues without question. I would recommend and work them again. They did three sets of cabinets, each unique. It was amazing to see the designs come to life.”

“I love the fact that if the sales people are busy you can press 1 and they transfer you to the head office where someone picks up and can price and check stock at your store. They always have a large inventory and have what I need instock. I've had to purchase 2 different oddly shaped water heaters that they had at the store. The large chain stores never have odd shapes.”

Also, she accomodated several request of mine as I was trying to renovate within a strict timeline. It was a one stop shopping for me as I also ordered my stone and sink from them. Ally also arranged the installer for me who was also very good- Guillermo Limon and Leo. They cut the stone the next day on-site so it was a 2 day installation. Also, when the delivery company dropped it off without signature with scratch in the door, they readily responded and are sending me a new door and also an additional spare part I asked to pay for without charge to try to paint it brushed nickel to match the rest of my bathroom.
