The Owner and Employees are very understanding and professional. Within a 15 mile radius there is no other pawn shop to give you a honest price for your pawn loan. I have pawned several expensive jewelry it always come back the same exact way when you pawned it. There area has cameras everywhere so safety is covered. If you dont believe me get a quote at any other pawn shop in the area before getting a quote here and the reply with receipts and I'll take this post down if you prove me wrong. I say that with confidence because I done it and every time I get the most money for it at imperial jewelry and Loan. Thanks to the owner and employee for your service

This the most honest and fair pawn shop I’ve ever been to. I use to live near but now cities away I still drive the distance for loans because he is a great guy and has been kind when I really needed it. The staff here are great as well.

Called before I went in. Very helpful over the phone clarifying what could be taken for watches and price points with me sending photos to them to see. Once there, very quick and to the point. Even check products very quickly.

Excellent business men at this establishment. Came here because of the reviews and they lived up to it. No low balling and good customer service. Would highly recommend and will be returning if I ever need to again (even though it's not the closest shop to my house).

This is one of the best pawn shops I've ever been to. The employees were very professional and kind they were willing to work with me when I had been turned down from 3 other shops the same day. They helped me out when I was in a bind and needed cash. Thanks Imperial you rock.

Always there to help!!!! I've needed extra time to pay my ticket and as long as you call they are willing to hold your item. Of course reasonably speaking. Straight forward business and clean shop. Nice selection of jewelry and I've noticed nice coins.

Exceptional service and very professional! They are the real deal and they treat you like a family. I've been visiting similar stores like this and they don't treat you fair. We are back because we had a really good experience. The gentleman who took care of us last time was there! They are very knowledgeable and knows each items in their store and also what you sell.
