I have a Carvin bass head that I put a lot of mileage on from 1994-2011, when it stopped working. I contacted multiple repair shops as well as Carvin and they all told me it was beyond repair. After 12 years of sitting in my garage, my amp finally found someone who believed that it still had some life in it. George looked it over for free and a few weeks later my amp was good as new for under $150. Great people, great service.

My bogner alchemist quite on me. The great thing about GPS is the free estimate! I was able to decide whether it was worth repairing. I was told it would take a couple weeks to diagnose and within that time frame I received estimate which was much lower than I anticipated. I authorized the repair and had the amp back in a week working and sounding great. I ran the amp hard within the warranty period and have used it intermittently for a year without problems. I won't hesitate to bring my vintage Marshall's here in the future.

This place is amazing. I have dropped off 2 Mackie thumps , and a sub. They have done quality work in a timely manor. I would recommend them always. Plus the rates are affordable, and they won't try to up-sell you on what you don't need.

I found and used the best. I have an Ampeg foot pedal that has not worked since I received it. The seller on e-bay was long gone. It's a vintage pedal but 'mint' condition. No one in my area wants to work with pedals. The best response was - 'We can try, but we can't guarantee anything. But there will be a charge for diagnostics - $90.00 ' - I declined. They would not be responsible for any damages nor any warranty. So I did many Google searches and finally found GPS electronics. I spoke to George whom I found to be not only knowledgeable but pleasant to deal with. I sent this pedal to them - it was diagnosed basically DOA, but they found the problem quickly and repaired it. Seems it was wired backwards at the factory - ha! It was repaired successfully and returned quickly. It has worked perfectly. I am beyond totally satisfied. I will recommend GPS and George to any potential customer.Thank you, RichieC

Hit and miss. Lot of the gear they repair ends up breaking down again in the same manner as when it was brought in.

Dropped off my equipment 5 days ago, still waiting for a call back to give me an estimate or an ETA.

George is a good guy. He took a preamp others left for dead and figured it out. He is very trustable and won't overcharge gor tubes and whatnot.

I bought a keyboard from Guitar Center and the sound card went out on it. Guitar center was absolutely no help at all!!! I tried for over a month to get some help and they just did nothing! I found GPS Electronics and they got all the work done (under warranty!) Fast, reliable with amazing attention to detail and customer service! Thank you!!!

Was referred here by the manufacturer of my tube bass head. Got the estimate about 2 weeks later. Please avoid at all costs. I was told it would cost an outrageous amount (over $500), and that all my Russian tubes would need to be replaced. That the war in Ukraine raised prices (don't doubt that). I declined the service. I took it to my personal tech, and he said it was a small electrical issue. He fixed it for 70 bux. My amp now works like a charm -- again. I don't like lying musical repair shops. And after many years going to many, this one is untrustworthy. HMU if you want proof of BS. Thank you.

Brought my bass amp into them, luckily it was an Ampeg which they are certified with. They called me the exact day they said they were going to call me with an estimate, which was very reasonable, Amp is in great shape now. I’ll be bringing all my stuff to these guys from now on.
