i visited the Fedex in Norwalk this afternoon to do a simple print job.Jacob was the first to assit me. he answered all my questions and was professional and friendly. he helped me set up the print job by giving me the appropriate information and i was able to get the job done.he was busy with another customer by the time everything was set up but he was able to offer some assistance to Elaine as she took care of the rest of my transaction.she was also professional and friendly. Elaine was able to complete my print job to my satisfaction and i left completely satisfied. i will come back here anytime i need any sort of printing to be done.

Horrible! Nobody helps, everything runs slow, people ignore you and are slow to assist .

Not a ship center, i could not even find the location… i called several times and finally they answer in another language, luckily they also spoke English(why answer a business in another language im bilingual too but i don’t assume everyone is. its a separate store/restaurant? and they take drop offs if they r ready per the person who answer the phone, they only take packages ready to ship.

The manager Caesar is rude and has horrible customer service skills. Their machine to print plans wasn’t starting up and I asked him about it and he brushed it off saying it takes long. Made me wait like 30 min until he finally went and looked at it and restarted it.

Rude manager he got aggressive when I asked about slower cheaper delivery options available , charged more money how can you expect from employee when manager is worst

Isaiah was extremely professional, friendly and helpful when I needed to print out two documents. I highly recommend this location. Lots of available business services.

Thank you to the young employee working today who not only quickly got my order done in under five minutes but was also super kind to my extremely rambunctious son. I will continue to get my last minute print jobs done here

I love this location. Every time I come in I hear “Hello, how may I assist you.” It’s wonderful because sometimes I have a hard time using the printer or fax. I don’t wait when I come but I go usually between 10am-12 noon. If I do wait it’s no longer than 2-3 minutes. The service here is great. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else for my printing needs. Thank you so much :)

Didn't have many expectations with the low star rating, but I noticed almost every employee was engaged with someone or a project. I was helped by RITA, who was very sweet and knowledgeable, she helped me modify some settings, took the time to play with my documents and get the results I needed. I will absolutely be making this my go to printing center.

I come in a lot for Prints and never had any problems. But today this employee was a lil annoying because he said there was only one line and was taking customers the came in later then me and some other customers before us . It was rude and real dicky . Anyhow I won't let one bad Apple stop me from coming in .

Went there to pick up a package because fed ex had trouble delivering my package at home so decided just to pick up at store. Cashier didn't want to give me my package because my ID address didn't match my current address. Hmmm I have my name and all the fed ex info that the package belongs to me. Not a lot of people with my name. So why ask for identification?

Let me start it with, they need to fix the self serve printers because the color quality is not so good. I usually have one of the workers print it for me because the quality is better but it cost a little more. But overall the paper is better. Also I come to this fedex because of Danielle. She always helps me a and has the best customer service. Service everyone should give. She's genuinely nice and helpful. One time I forgot I had to print something important and she reminded me and I only mentioned it briefly in the beginning. Super thankful for that! Thank you Danielle for always giving genuine service.
