Today I went to pick up the Vehicle I reserved the staff was rude this name was clemens he asked my name not my reservation number I was also asked my phone number and then he said we can not except debit cards What the heck I explained I have a credit card I pulled out 3 and my driver's licenses and he said good I need to make sure the names match as I got irritated the acting manager Chandler who was not present for the convetsation and told me I could not pick up the Vehicle I made reservations for and i could call who ever i wanted do i reached out to customer care to make a complaint and after i did Chandler asked me what did i expect to come out of my complaint i told him to rent the vehicle i had reservations for he told me it would never happen, THE Customer Service i have never seen im a nurse in a hospital. This kind of service needs to be looked at we should all not just walk when somthing is wrong say somthing i left feeling like if your black you dont have a credit card and what i was saying dident matter. when i rent a vehicle i pay for the highest ins even though i have ins through USAA, not knowing I had just rented a vehicle on the 21st of Feb and I've been renting from enterprise for a long time Chandler and Climens need to be reprimanded and i was told by a worker doing cars that the font even work for this store and Making this store look bad this should not reflect on this store but the acting employees. Worst customer service experience ever, at a rental car company. Tony was the absolute worst (he claimed to be the branch manager, but refused to give me a Business card). He shouldn't be allowed anywhere near a customer. The worst part about this experience is, I have called their corporate office twice snd have not heard back from anyone! Not Efren, or even Ryan, Shame on you and the service you provide!Go to the Downey Location where Corey and Julio, will treat you with respect.

Enterprise Norwalk did me an absolute solid after I was left in the lurch by another branch, swapping out a vehicle I needed for work on a corporate rental on the weekend right before they closed. I called half a dozen different locations before finding these guys who were actually willing to help, and will return there for any personal rentals in the future.

Soooo helpful! so so helpful! Andrew drove me to my car and he was so kind and the gentlemen who waited for me even though it was close to their closing time, thank you so much. Will be using them again :)

I recently had an excellent experience with Enterprise. The rental process was fast and efficient, making it a hassle-free experience. Unlike my prior reservation with Hertz, where they didn't have a car available despite my reservation made a month in advance, Enterprise had everything ready as promised. Made a reservation about a week prior to pickup. The car they attempted to rent out to me was not ready to be rented because the interior was filthy, spilled white stuff on the backseat, stains everywhere, hair and some white flakes (maybe sand) that was all over the interior and it smelled off. There was no way you would want to sit in the car with light colored clothing.The quick alternative was to offer me a car that was severely keyed on the driver side, but at least it was clean on the inside.

we rented a truck from enterprise yesterday the gentleman named Boris gave us pristine customer service. He was very nice very pleasant got straight to the point handled the paperwork quickly when we return the vehicle he was the one to help me. I highly recommend if you want to rent a vehicle call up Boris.

The whole process of renting the car was very easy. Yuri & Nicole were extremely helpful. They went above and beyond. Would definitely rent a car from the Norwalk Enterprise again.

Outstanding services. I was in and out within minutes. They offer me two vehicles to choose from. Love that I had that option. Will definitely be renting from Enterprise again.
