Crossroads Animal Emergency is a 24-hour emergency veterinary facility serving pet owners from Los Angeles, Long Beach, and Orange County. Unlike traditional vet offices that provide routine care, this center specializes in emergency healthcare for pets in urgent situations. The staff is known for their compassion, kindness, and professionalism, providing comfort during difficult times. They are recognized for their quick response and caring approach, often going the extra mile to ensure pets receive the necessary treatment in a timely manner. Many clients appreciate the clear communication and the ability to help their pets promptly, even during stressful emergencies. For example, pet owners have praised the staff for their care during serious episodes like seizures, choking, or hot spots, as well as their readiness to offer options for treatment and wellness. The facility is also appreciated for its transparency, including honesty about costs and willingness to refer clients to other hospitals when needed, sometimes providing refunds if a service cannot be performed. Though the services are described as good and fast, some clients note that the costs can be high, especially for testing and medications. Despite this, the overall experience at Crossroads is positive, with many expressing gratitude for the kindness and professionalism of the team. In moments of crisis, the center provides a caring environment where pet owners can find support and relief during their pet’s urgent health issues.

Fast and friendly service. They were not capable to help my pup but quickly referred me to another hospital they thought could. They gave a refund for service they didn’t do. I appreciate their honesty and quick service. This helped save my fur baby’s life.

Went to this VET ER for the first time about 2 weeks ago as for my cat & experience I would say overall it was good. I agree the price is a little high and that they could discuss payment after the pet as been examined and could ofter more payment options. The staff overall was very nice and they saved my cat
