I went into this Walgreens because I had a $20 gift card. When going to purchase an item, the gift card was not working. However when you call the gift card number the balance is shown as $20. After speaking to the Indian manager, he rudely would not help me. Pretty much told me it was my problem and I would have to call the customer service number. He claimed to be the store manager, but he was very rude self-centered, and did not want to help at all. Basically told me it was my problem and he would not help. Not even providing a number to call for assistance. Will never return here and I suggest to save yourself time you don't either.

My doctor submitted my medication in the morning and I decided to pick it up after work. So called when I got out of work to confirm my medication was ready. The pharmacy told me it was going to be ready in one hour even thought my doctor called around 9am and it's 3pm now. I came in at 6pm to pick it my medication and my prescription is not ready. They told me it's going to be 30 more minutes and I can wait or comeback later. I used to walgreen but now they have really unreliable help

I went to two different pharmacies, trying to find a medication. This was the second Walgreens I came to and they were out of the medicine. Super frustrated driving from store to store. I asked the person at the counter. If they could please call another Walgreens for me before I drove to yet a third store. However, he told me to look up the number on the app and call myself. Very disappointed in the customer service. Walgreens is offering. I really do hope that it's the lack of training These managers are giving their staff and not Walgreens corporation as a whole.

The cashier was super friendly and she pointed to me where the Takis were. My experience went well. Paid about $6 and some change for my iced latte and chips. Good size parking lot. Aisles seem well organized and floors were cleaned well. I'll be back again for an iced latte.

Went to buy some candy and the lady Veronica had a bad attitude also the lady with grey hair and glasses she had a bad attitude they acted like they owned the store, I'll have my mom take me some where else to get my snacks because I don't want to deal with the bad energy those two old ladies were giving attitude and going back and fourth with me n my mom, 0 stars if I could

So I came to this store because I was looking for a hair color I went to the one in Downey and they only had one the girl at the register honored me the coupon and I was on my way to this store I let the lady older lady with glasses know that there was a coupon for that hair dye if she can add it she said no that I needed to clip it before I could even use it and gave me attitude then another older lady with blond hair names Veronica came and gave attitude as well and told me to go to another store then if the other store honored it like I don't understand why these people can't be nice like if u don't like ure job fucken quit don't have to get it out on other people and ruin their day seriously next time I will rather drive further away and look for the hair color I am looking for the to deal with those ladies again going back and fourth with me because I asked them why they had a attitude so unprofessional

went to this location with my mom because another location told her this is where they had 1 more box of hair dye that she needed for work the first location we went the lady who helped us was so nice and helped my mom with the coupon so when my mom came to this location the lady grey hair old with glasses gave attitude about the cupón she said u can speak to my manager and so my mom didn't want to deal with the drama she paid n then my mom told her that at the other location the girl helped her with the cupón and then veronica came and said well u can go to another store she was going back n fourth with my mom and i think that was very unprofessional definitely they where acting crazy for a 2 $ cupón that they could of honored and said next time u have to clip it my mom usually shops at cvs but wanted this hair dye those ladies need to get their attitude fixed because that's not how u talk to costumers

This place sucks, I came for my prescriptions for myself and daughter and when I checked them the bag was missing 2 of them I needed. Called to see why and they said insurance denied the request, come to find out they weren't denied they just needed to be open and approved by the pharmacist. So I come back 45 min later like they said to pick it up and again it's not ready. My kid is sick at home and really needs her medicine and Walgreens Pharmacy is a joke wasting my time coming back and forth because they can't do a thorough job.

If I can give zero Stars I would. We received a phone call saying prescription Medication is ready for pickup but yet when we arrive we're told that a pharmacist is not on the clock and they cannot sell us the prescription. What kind of b******* is this!

I went to pick up an online order and the shift lead named Veronica was terrible, she had an attitude as soon as I asked for the order and she said that it was for curbside and not pick up, I told her again it's a pick up but either way just to give me the order, again she spoke over me with a condescending tone and said it's a curbside order, I told her she had a bad attitude and she said that's your opinion. I asked her for her managers information and she said you can figure it out. Overall this experience was one of the worst I have ever encountered..

Always super friendly but for some reason total change. I understand during this crazy time things can be stressful but still holding up customer service is everything. Didn't ask to speak to a store manager but was quick to explain that she was supervisor in charge. Asked about a covid test and was quickly shut down. Didn't even let me finish my question! Got on the phone and completely ignored I was there. Once she was off the phone I then asked if she could please look! Nope she already knew there was none. All I'm saying is learn to talk to your customer don't just brush them off

Been coming here for YEARS!! Everyone has always been super friendly. But they've got this new kid at the front register, young, tall (didn't get his name unfortunately) but freaking RUDE! This kid needs to develop some sort of personality and learn to speak with respect. I've been to his register twice and both times had to bite my tongue and NOT say something to him about his lack of customer service skills.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever! I didn't even go into the store I called in to ask about my order pick up. The woman who answered Veronica, talked over me and interrupted me before I could even get my question out! I told her I'm looking at my order details and she said no that's not what it says on my tag... we'll ya I'm ordering online! What so hard to hear a question and answer it with saying I'm wrong when I'm literally telling you what it's showing me online! My husband used to work for Walgreens as an EXA before they restructured and I know what the customer service used to be like. Will not shop here again.

Horrible experience with this pharmacy. I left my prescription a few days ago and every time I come to pick it up I have to wait 20 minutes for something that should had been available when I dropped it off. Whoever is on the speaker of the drive thru window is very rude and short coming with her responses.

Edgar (team leader). This really bad review is directed to you. I dont know if you just have a plain bad attitude or your just having a bad day or not. But guess what? We dont care! We go to your store to be treated professionally. And that is, if we ask questions, you dont just turn your back on costumers and not received rude remarks. We went in there for an item to be picked up curbside. But unfortunately, the site was down. So my wife have to go down and the person he asked was you (edgar). And before she can complete her question. You just said "take a line" turn your back, and left. Later after picking up a few items. She was able to face you and politely tried to talk to you that she have not finished her question. Your reply? Theres only one line in a very rude tone. When my wife asked for your name, you have the nerve to say "you cannot read my ID?". Very nice walgreens. Is that what you expect from your so called team leaders? That would be a very good example for your other employees.
