Found these guys online called and was surprised by the customer service and solutions we were able to find. Took my phone within a hour got my phone back good as new about an hour later! He fixed my laptop to my expectation at no cost(condition: screen was sticking out and might need to replace the whole top part which was estimated $80 to $300 by other place). “Wow. I am super impressed with their service. The City of Lakewood has Jimmies tree service as one of their recommended list for tree removal. The 1st group has come to cut down the humongous tree in my parkway. There were about 7 men and a supervisor. One man cuts, other men maneuver the falls with a rope, other men picked up to grinder, and clean up. Job was done within an hour! Without any damaged to my hedge in front of it. Second group came for another day to grind the tree stump. They were on time and even early as expected. Grind the stump within an hour and cleaned up. Both group has done a superb job. I would definitely give this a 5 star with their fantastic service, plus their price was much lower than the other company. I'm glad the City Lakewood has recommended this company. I would highly recommended "Jimmies Tree Service" .”

“I accompanied my nephew today to get his phone screen fix today to the All Tech store on tenth street by pacific and what I can say is that the individual was really helpful and knew what he was doing with the cellphone a-lot of good tech knowledge. “Gary Rash and Zack Dooley are Honest to god the back bone of this company. Zack is an expert in the companies products. He will tell you what products that can work for you. Straight shooter too.( talked me out oF leaving the company by getting every one to help go live sooner. Now as for Gary rash, that man is a good at what he does. He’s the company’s go to tech in my opinion. There hasn’t been a single problem he hasn’t been able to fix. He doesn’t just fix the problem though he teaches you how to fix deal it with your self for next time. Not to mention he helps with thing that aren’t even his problem or job. My whole system went down because our the internet switched from dynamic to static IP. He single handle fixed my whole system. Gary and Zack thank you for going above and beyond for my company.”

“Had an issue with a CPU installation that resulted in my PC power cycling and not working. Took it here to have someone professional look at it (before I messed something else up ). Turned out my motherboard was fried (so props to me for not messing up my new CPU after my first time trying to install a CPU). Long story short, they installed a new motherboard, new CPU, and new cooling system for me.They said it would only take a day, but instead it took about 3ish. Rather than doing a rushed job and meeting the initial estimated finish date, they needed to swap out my cooling system for a better one because it would have ruined my new CPU (Ryzen 9 5095X) due to it overheating. So I HIGHLY appreciated them going the extra mile and noticing this for me. They also tested everything before giving it back to me for QA purposes. I'd rather wait the extra few days and potentially save hundreds of dollars. They could've not done anything and had me come back later to pay for more repairs. They gave me a lot of advice as well and SHOWED me what they were doing before they did it. There was a lot of trust involved in this repair, and it paid off (pun absolutely intended). Definitely will be coming back for future upgrades. Learned a lot about computers in this process.As for the computer itself, it's running like a beast. Very powerful and very quiet surprisingly (more so than before). I wanted to wait a day after I got my computer to test out the programs I use and it's working great. When I picked up my tower, they showed me what parts were in the rig, that the display was working, and that the parts they said they were going to install were there. Kept me updated and sent me photos to show me progress. Very transparent and communicative.”
