Lots of homeless people stay in this plaza. More times than not, it's filthy. The parking lot is full of trash. The trash cans are overflowing. And the side walks are full of food and spilled drinks too. Especially by Rainbow doughnuts. The city needs to do a better job of keeping it clean.
