Need to double check what they input for the deposited amount. We all make mistake but an apology if given makes one recognized the mistake to correct it.

I've been with them for 4 yrs and recently I had bank fraud had to close my account and reopen a new one. Since I've opened the new account it's been a nightmare! My payroll checks have holds on them. One of the tellers told me I had to let them place the check on hold so their system can recognize it and clear it. So I did and the 2 day hold was a 5 day hold. Next pay period I go to cash my paycheck and told I can have a portion of it and the remainder broken up into 4 days! WTF!! Then She suggested I go to another branch because their manager isn't in to override it. So now I don't have access to my funds because your manager has a day off!! Wasted my lunch hour and time! This branch is slow! This branch SUCKS!!!!

I love Citibank. I've been with them and have been coming to this branch for years. But lately, the wait has been horrible. The last 4 times, I have had to leave because there will be only 1 teller/window open. Plus the more recent tellers are not friendly or customer-oriented. Am now going elsewhere.

Horrible the teller manny not really as attitude but thinks he knows it all. This person needs customer service training. I've never had that problem at Cerritos I should have gone there.

This location is unbelievable! Half the time their atm does not dispense cash or accept deposits. This is the 6th times I've been here, various days and various time within a month, it sucks.No rating at all if any.

Awful service. Went today a bit before 2pm, went to a window with 0 customers. Customer rep (I believe her last name was Moreno) came by after 30s or so. She looked pissed. Didn't greet and looked like she was having a really awful day. She coldly assisted me like it wasn't her job. Will not return ever to this location again

I opened my account here and I had the most pleasant experience. I was helped by the branch manager Mayra and her well trained staff. The level of customer service at this Citibank location is outstanding. I will definitely be referring my friends and family to this location. I am very thankful for your consistency and guidance when it comes to my banking needs. Thank you!!!

Came here to open an account due to a monthly promotion and the ladies here are very cordial and professional. They know what they are doing and very meticulous, but just beware that the internet is slow! Thus, if you're opening an account and need to sit down it'll take awhile (took me an hour). However for the teller, I saw many customers go in and out. There was barely any line throughout the hour. They have 1 ATM outside.

Really nice but small location. Went right to the front where there was only a single teller. Very nice lady helped me out and was very efficient about it. Parking lot is a touch creepy but overall it was easy to get in and out and get what I needed done.
