Chase bank online banking stopped working for me. Without warning, my computer was unable to log in to my Chase Bank online banking website. I got a screen saying I needed to update Safari to the latest version, but I had the last update available. I called the Chase online support and they told me they no longer support my Safari browser and I can no longer log in to the site. They told me they changed their system to provide a better experience for customers, but I can't use it. Amy was not able to explain how getting permanently locked out was a better experience for me. This is terrible customer service. Chase should not change their online banking system so that it does not work for some customers. If you have the same problem, I urge you to call the Chase online support, 877-242-7372, and complain.

Best team anywhere beginning with Susan who is always personable and helpful. Then her support staff Tina Marie and Susie, very sharp and knowledgeable! Then Parvene, Asa, Brandon, Brea, and Oscar!! All of them are very unified and treat us like their family! Love you guys!! Mike and Punkin!

I have never complained about a bank, since im usually in and out. This time, I actually needed assistance from a banker. I sat in the lobby for a good 20 min without anyone saying hello or we'll be right with you. Its amazing how employees wander around without acknowledging the reason they are here-customers! I don't understand why a bank would open at 9am and only have one banker, while the rest waltz in 30minutes later, with no sense of urgency. Even when the lobby is full of customers. Its no wonder atms are taking over employees positions.

This bank is always packed ! However their staff is very courteous and helpful. The one thing i do not like about this bank is the location of their ATM one feels very unsafe withdrawing from there

had to check roth charges 1st 100 plus trades free then $2.00 per trade not bad. If any banker doesn't know how to help , well good thing for outsourced phone customer service. I figured when you check in and write your name and the reason you're there you get the correct banker accordingly. After seeing Amparo diddling around on her computer she might be prepared. Those who diddle are bored and super smart wrong, she called the customer service number , and I let her handle my money withdrawal. What a waste of people. Bring those people from India to let them do the banker jobs.

The main concern I have about this location is...the location. I really don't feel as safe performing transactions using the outside ATMS after business hours. The service is mediocre so I'd rather hit up another location for my banking needs.

Bad customer service. Was surrendering safety deposit keys because I can't afford anymore. Took 1 hour to be seen. You kidding me. Just surrendering keys took that long. Plus I my name got skipped when they were calling names on sign up sheet. DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH. WORST BANKING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

Well I love the service. The manager name Carla was great on helping me. All the workers are really nice they all know me by my name. Happy to see me. they love what they do. I will never leave chase bank, to go to another Bank. It will never happen. Thankyou so much and keep up the good work guys.

Worst experience ever! Lazy staff and non professional! I went to the brand to redeem my business coupon for 300$ as other banker from chase told me it's still valid and they DON'T CARE about the customers , being on the phone while customer are waiting don't recommend going to this store to anyone, specifically karla the manager and Sadia private client

I usually use their online banking, but after their website kept glitching up, I came in for help with my accounts. I've only been at this branch a few times, but service is always horrible regardless of what day or time I've came. When I was finally attended to by a certain Sadia Something-or-Other, not only did she seem to be bothered to have to work, she was on her cellphone a good half of our interaction, without discretion & without apology. What's more, even after explaining what I was trying to do, she looked down her warty nose at me as if I was too simple-minded to follow basic instructions. But when she also failed following the same steps I took 100x, she casually (but quietly) mentioned hitting the same problem before. By this point I didn't bother hiding my "WTF lady" face & proceeded to leave, at which her whole demeanor changed to a more attentive, "customer friendly" one. She offered to get me a drink at their beverage counter which I waved off, stating I saw it next to the customer waiting area. She thanked me for coming in, at which I replied "yeah bye" & left. Moral of the story, don't work a customer service job if you don't want to work. And more importantly, don't belittle customers & insult their knowledge when you can't even do your job without ungluing your eyes from your phone.
