Since it's come under new management, the place is clean and safe to wash. Machines are repaired quickly and it's a convenient place for many.

It was clean, no signs of homeless people activity. All the machines seemed to be working. The change machine worked. It was easy to find a machine. You can pay with your phone with PayRange just download sign up add funds and pay machine.

This laundromat has been cleaning up and seems to have a handle on the homeless issues. Machines are being fixed, and there is someone associated with the laundromat present more often now. Good job trying to better this place. Great location.

Horrible laundromat--coin changer out of order, carts too tall to go out to your car and no one inside to help.Why bother having the place open at all???Lol for a different laundromat if you need to wash, largest washer won't do much, only 2 of them to boot and a tiny place.Total joke!

Please save your money and go to one of the many other laundry mats down the road. I regret that I did not read the reviews before coming here. This is stealing from the community. the washing machine that was supposed to be able to handle a heavy load, did not spin -so I have to carry home a heavy wet blanket because I cannot sit here for hours because the dryer does not get hot enough to dry this. 20 minutes on high heat should be enough to dry one simple blanket but unfortunately I had to take it out of the dryer because it was still wet and put it in another dryer. This laundromat is full of semi working equipment and coin machines and soap machines are out of order and there's no attendant or worker present to help you with reimbursement for machines that are not working properly. I hope that the property owner is able to fix up this place so that people can actually get their moneys worth because other than that it's just really unfair.

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT!!!! PLEASE Do not come to this Laundromat ? This laundromat is a Certified Shyt Hole. For starters they have about 40 washers in there and only 7 work. This place is always dirty, Trash all over the floor and theirs never any quarters in the quarter machine so be prepared to bring your own quarters if you decide to come to this disgusting place. Also be prepared to be greeted by tweakers and homeless people who sleep and roam around the laundromat while your trying to wash, If you can find a machine that actually works. Also be careful what dryer you use Because some dryers don't get hot and the owners never puts a sign up warning costumers because they love stealing your money at your own risk. This place should be permanently closed down for good for a inhumane environment.

This place should be closed down or atleast remodel...inside needs some serious T.L.C. very small and dirty...overpriced washers. The machine doesn't work to give you quarters. (Had to find out the hard way once I put all my clothes in) most washers don't work. In my opinion this is the worst laundromat in the city of Norwalk

The laundromat is completely dirty at the time I was here there was a handful of washers that were broken, I had to place the cloths in a couple of washers till I found one that worked and the 4 load washer is only 25:mins? Which worries me and everytime I pass through there are a few homeless people that hang at the entrance and inside so I would not recommend to come here

This laundromat is in a perfect location and I never have to wait for a machine. The pay range app is a good option because I never have coins. It's clean and safe as well, I see security in the parking all the time. Highly recommend

Don’t come here. New owner has run this place down. Dryer use to give 10 minutes to dry. Now it gives 5 minutes a quarter. Almost more than half the washers don’t work. The coin machine don’t work sometimes. Trash cans are full. Someone broke in to use the restroom that owner locked to keep homeless people out. This place needs maintenance badly. It’s clearly the owner don’t care about this little hole in the wall laundromat. It’s pretty sad that 2 years ago this place was a decent laundromat. Won’t be surprise if this place shut down or the Better Business Bureau shut this place down.
