My family and I have used Maria's tax services for three years now and we continue to appreciate the excellent service she provides. She has always communicated with us clearly, letting us know what we need to provide and how she approaches our tax situation. She's timely and responsive and her fee is very reasonable. I showed up 20 mins late but Maria was still very accommodating and nice to talk to. She was knowledgeable and up to date with new tax laws and even helped with getting my penalty waived. To top it up she's extremely affordable and is worth the 40 minute drive for me.

The most unprofessional tax services I've ever received!!!! DO NOT COME HERE. Maria was a very nice tax lady... I went to her when I first moved to the Norwalk area. But when the covid pandemic hit, I realized she messed up on my taxes. She filed me as single instead of head of household. If I was filed correctly I would've gotten my stimulus check during this difficult time and most likely would have not had to owe so much money... I called her as soon as I realized what mistake she made and NO RESPONSE! I've texted, left messages for days and she is yet to respond to my request of fixing my file. Very unprofessional. I called from a different phone to see why my calls were going straight to voicemail and turns out I was blocked!!! I was nice and just requested for it to be fixed. There was no reason to block me. Save yourself the trouble and do your taxes somewhere else.

I called several locations within my area that were open that could help me process my tax return paperwork and was getting uneasy with the pricing I was being quoted over the phone. Luckily, I found Blue Diamond Realty & spoke to Maria who was very patient and kindly answered all of my questions prior to me visiting her location. I made sure I gave her all the information necessary and had a wonderful experience which she made extremely easy and efficient for me. If you need to process paperwork for your taxes and looking for a fair price I highly recommend coming to her!
