to preface, i've always come to this salon with my mom to do our nails for the past 6 years. The owner basically confused my mom for someone who owed her money. I was really confused because the owner (who did my pedicure) was telling me something about my mom and $20 but I understood it as the price of my mom who was also getting her toenails done. When both me and my mom were done and I had finish giving money to the manicurist who was had taken care of my mom, the owner tells her something that i did not understand. the manicurists comes back to my mom and tells her it's $20 more. Me and my mom were confused. The owner comes up and is like you owe me money from the last time you were here. The owner explains to me that my mom was here (in May) at the salon getting her toenails done and talking to the owner on how she didn't have money and had been in the hospital for weeks because of stomach pain. The owner agreed with this lady, who she assumed was my mom, that she would just pay her the following week. The owner was convinced that my mom was this lady. I explained to the owner that it couldn't have been my mom because my mom never comes to the nail salon because language barrier/ communication issues. After hearing this the owner tells me that I was also here that day. This confused me even more because as I furthered explained to the owner IF MY MOM DOESNT PAY, I PAY FOR THE BOTH OF US, AND VICE VERSA. We also hadn't been at this salon since April and the day we decided to get our nails done, IT WAS JUNE. The owner was adamant that my mom skipped the bill and didn't keep her promise of paying the following week. I'm never coming back to this salon ever again. It's apparent that they don't know how to manage a business. I get trusting the costumer, especially if they are a regular, but no you don't let someone skip the bill on promise and accuse another customer of skipping the bill just because they might look the same. Not to mention that this time around (actually very common) the owner who did my toenails made me bleed and my cut became infected.

Horrible service. Was very rushed. I asked for almond and got square she "cut down too low to do almond". Nails clumpy and bubbly. They also added extra charges they didn't aware me of. If nails are short it's $5 cut down. Their pricing didn't match their menu. Wouldn't suggest for the price. I feel I now have to go somewhere else to fix their mistake.

Was sat quickly but the woman helping me with my acrylics hurt me bad when sanding them down, uneven too. I then asked for another person and she was just as bad. Didn't know what she was doing eitherN

If you guys do NOT care about your hygiene then continue to go here. So me and my husband came here to get a pedicure and discovered the most horrific thing that you can come across when it comes down to getting a pedicure . !!!! So the lady started on him since he would be done faster she did a great job then she past over to me i didn't see where she grabbed the new equipment (nail clippers, t remover, nail and foot filers,) etc. I waited to see where she would put the stuff that she just used on me once she was done. I was expecting her to place the USED items in a blue container which was right next to the sink!!! But instad she went to the sink and rinsedd them of briefly while she looked at her self in the Mirror as if there is nothing wrong with that. She was not aware that I noticed this but she wrapped the equipment she just used on me and wrapped it in a paper towel and used it on the girl next to me I was supposed to get my nails done as well but told them that I wantEd to pay now and leave i didn't want to mmake a sene but I just wanted to get out of there ASAP ones I got home I soaked mine and my husbands feet in alcohol and warm water. (Please Lady's Pat attention to what they do and use at the nail shop this is how hep c and hiv and other diseases are also spread!!!!

I had went in for a mani n pedi. They said to sit at a station. They didn't tell me I was going to wait 20 plus minutes. Then when they started on my feet, I asked for a callous removal. They never remove everything. Then being pressed for time I asked how long before we could start my hands...only because I saw an available manicurist. They took someone who came after me. I feel like although I get the same thing everytime, I always wind up paying a different price. The quality of the work is fair...not bad...but not great. Hoping for improvement. The location is convenient.

I'm so disappointed that they swindled me today. I'm actually going to report them to the better business bureau. They thought I have money so they over charged me and that's unfair and wrong.
