When I tell you avoid this bank. I mean it. They legit have 1 teller, and sometimes 2-3. Legit waited 55 minutes from the time I walked in, to the time I walked out. That doesnt even make sense. There is 3 ladies just walking around doing nothing and a lady at the door holding a iPad. I don’t get it. The line was about 5 feet from the REAR exit door…

This is the worst BofA. It’s close to my house that’s why I come here. There are only 2 tellers. Always wait between 15-20 minutes in line. This bank does not appreciate its customers. Bank sign on door says closing at 4, when it’s only 3 the doors are locked. They need to hire more tellers. This is ridiculous. Will be closing account.

Someone stole my drivers license in the mail and was able to come into this location and draw money from a teller so easily. Bank of America needs to do better at protecting our identity and accounts!

They didn't want to help expedite my check even though the customer service rep over the phone said it was possible as long I went into the branch, I open my account and spoke to the manager. Lady didnt even take a min to look at my account just went to tell me she can't do anything. Has the guts to say at least you have $74 dollars. Lady because of this I'm going 2 weeks with no access to my payroll check. The mobile app said it can take 1 business day to deposit my check. Your bank needs employees with compassion and willingness to try to help. It's not my fault my direct deposit with bank of america is taking 3 payroll checks to kick in. Which all 3 have been cashed there.

They have been quick service for me due to not busy time that I went but only two tellers for service. I am wondering how busy and line up when they are busy. They got quick service for me since it wasn't busy the time I went, but there were only two tellers there for service. I wonder how busy and queues there are when it's busy. One sido un servicio rápido para mí debido al poco tiempo ocupado que fui, pero solo dos cajeros para el servicio. Me pregunto qué tan ocupados y en fila cuando están ocupados.

Kept putting a week hold on my checks, the third time I deposited my check online it was available the next day. And now, I tried depositing again and they decided hold it again for 7 days. Wow, and there’s no way to cancel it! Fantastic! Imagine, you needed the money for bills and they kept putting a hold on it after 3 deposits. How amazing that is, right!

How can a bank not have supervisor coverage when they go to lunch! I was in line to get my foreign currency order and, I hear a customer getting upset because she was told teller needed supervisor approval get give her a high amount out her account. She was told to come back in an hour because supervisor was out on lunch. Ok, now my turn. I told the teller I was there to pick up my foreign currency order and she looked into my account, says I'll be right back let me go get it. 10 minutes later, teller comes back only to tell me a supervisor needed to release my money to come back in forty minutes!! How can a bank not have management back up! I walked out upset and inconvenienced because I was on my lunch hour.
