If I could give it zero stars I would! They promote themselves so much and they don't even help Latino people. They don't even have a name. They tried to get a loan twice. Pay stubs are supposed to be proof that you are working and they ask for your job number, which they don't even take. the time to call and check if you are working to see if you can make payments. Also in the ads they say that they do not ask for a Bank Account and when you talk to them they ask for it! They contradict each other and change requirements in such a way that they don't help you! ; If you need a loan, it could be for an emergency or investment. It is better not to support despotic Latinos who do not do their job well! They don't verify anything you tell them!

All the ladies who serve are very unpleasant, firstly, since they are not going to have a mask in the premises, secondly, if a check has already been approved, how are they going to make you wait 2 hours and 30 minutes and then say that they have problems with the system. They must be gentler, and more effective in their work, since for all their clients they get their salary.

Don't even come here, they don't work, they don't ask for papers at all, they're so strict if they don't lend, they're just to make people waste time, how is the cat, how is the dog, really, don't come unless you want to waste time and they give you false words and then they say come to the offices to help you, they don't even help or corn ?

I would not take another loan here. My first experience was great until now it’s been annoying for calling many times and it’s disrespectful for coming though my mothers place. I’ve told them that I lost my job due COVID 19, they couldn’t wait until I get my stimulus check to pay my full payment.

Make me loose my time, I inform them my income in the first call, and they inform me I met the requirement made me send lots of proof of income just to later inform me that they couldn't lend me cause of my income. Waste of time

I would not take another loan here again. With the crisis we are experiencing...they are not interested and want you to pay them whatever. Other financial companies have helped with the payments but this financial company has not.

The truth is that in this place they don't help at all. A few days ago I applied for a loan but first I was honest with them and let them know that my credit was not good. They told me that it didn't matter that my credit was my job, well apart from being demanding, they asked me for 4 check stubs. They called me 2 times and the last one just to say that in 24 hours I would have a response, a week passed and in fact I had to call them and they only told me that I was not approved. The truth is that they are not as they seem on the internet. They don't help at all. ?????
