If you're in the area this is the tire shop to go to. I came on a friday at about one o'clock and they got me in and out in less than an hour. The staff was very professional. This is the best tire shop i've been to in a long time

so good! i had a nail in my tire and they patched it up and had me on my way in less than 20 minutes! they spoke spanish and english and made me feel like i understand the process. would absolutely go again, even drove a little out of my way to get here.

My second time coming to this location. I love the service here! They took excellent care of me when another location had failed me twice. I am happy to say I will be making this location my home store. Please don't rotate this team out. I forgot their names, but every single member of the shop was helpful and made me feel like a person and not a burden.

My car was having issues with the starter. I took it in today and Edwin assured me that he would be able to diagnose the problem for me.Ten minutes later he was able to pinpoint the problem . He called me with the estimate and told me it would be repaired and ready for pick up in a couple of hours.I appreciate the professionalism, friendliness and honesty that Edwin offers. I feel confident taking my car to American tire depot.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thanks Edwin.

Okay!!! So I used to get excellent service from my San Pedro on 9th branch, but noticed that it has declined. I came to this branch because of need and did Edwin make me a loyal customer again!!!! I was going to drive past this location and go to COSTCO, but Edwin provided excellent customer service. He got the tires needed in a bind ON A SUNDAY!!!! He installed them. However, their alignment machine was out of order and he instructed me to have it checked at the San Pedro location. He also explained the lights that were on to my son. He instructed him to have it checked close to our home!You all need to check this branch out and ask for Edwin! Great customer service and revived the brand in our eyes!!!

My experience at American tire Depot was one of the best in Norwalk the man in charge Mr Robert did a fantastic job taking care of my vehicle It was fast and quick and the pricing was fantastic I commend the gentleman and all the workers there Great job I recommend taking your vehicle there always
