Hello, I came in to get my babies their shots. This place had me wait 5 hours, took me in and had me wait another hour in the room w my two frightened kittens … they took so long my kittens ended up falling asleep. just for them to tell me one of my kittens won’t be able to get vaccinated and the Dr diagnosed my other kitten with respiratory infection just by looking at his face.(he looks like any other healthy kitten, no problems and no breathing problems what so ever) My kitten does not have ANY symptoms of respiratory infection other than the dry boogers I noticed on him that same day. (My kittens are both 2 months) they wasted my time and tried bsing me for more money . Will never go again!

A good place to get your pet spayed or neutered. For under $100 you can get your pet fixed. This price though does not cover pain medication or anything else. So by the time they get to your emotional side, expect to be paying hundreds more. You might as well go to a fancy Animal hospital to receive care. The whole AM PM set up is not based in helping low income pet owners, as they claim, and doesn't care about hurt or sick animals. If you can pay hundreds mostly thousands of dollars than they will help your pet. I have watched staff turn away desperate pet owners with their sick or injured dogs because they couldn't pay up front to get their animal even looked at. That isn't how you treat low income patrons or innocent suffering animals.I only use them to neuter my cats. I know cats will never swallow or chew pills so I don't ever spend the extra money on pain medication and AM PM doesn't offer liquid pain medication. If you keep your cat quiet in a dark room, they will heal quickly without pain medication. Save yourself $56. As for the cone around the neck, not one of my dozens of cats, throughout 4 decades, has ever left it on for more than a day. They and the dogs hate it and always take it off.For a $1 piece of plastic, be ready to be charged by a vet anywhere from $15 to $40 for this thing that doesn't work.Obviously it's every pet owner's decision on how to treat their pet. Just know that cats when kept calm and isolated, heal quickly and Antibiotics cure about 75% of most illnesses in our pets. I had a stray cat who lived in my back yard get hit by a car. He was limping horribly. I couldn't catch him though to get him help. 3 months later, he was healed as normal. Cats are surprisingly quick in healing their bodies. Yes, there are the exceptions that's why it's always your call.

We have been customers here for my mom's 2 dogs at the recommendation of my family member who knows Dr. Lee, the owner. Every person we have interacted with for the past 4 years has been friendly and accommodating. However, the last visit in October 2023 with Dr. Choi completely changed my view. My mom's dog, Tori, had suddenly developed a severe and life threatening cough a couple of days after his check up appointment here.I took the day off work and immediately went in, and the staff did an awesome job to see Tori as an emergency case. Dr. Choi insisted that it was Tori's heart problems, but when I voiced that it was something else, he began patronizing me, asking whether I knew what an arrthymia was and throwing in advanced medical terminology in an effort to assert his opinion. Even after I said that these were completely new and worsened symptoms unrelated to Tori's heart issues, Dr. Choi referred us to go to a cardiologist instead for X-rays and an Echocardiogram.Good thing I studied and taught (still teaching) Biology for 8 years! And even better that I actually have an arrythmia myself (and received echocardiograms etc)!!!! If it was someone else, like my immigrant mother or any other person in my shoes, he would have successfully bullied them into doubting their experience/intuition and killing their dog. After a pretty intense/weird/condescending back and forth with an increasingly reddening Dr. Choi, I was finally able to get a medication for Tori, and guess what!! I was right!!! Tori got better.Following this unacceptable interaction with a doctor that had never even examined Tori before, I contacted the management and talked with Vita Martinez, the manager. I said it was unacceptable that Dr. Choi would try to intimidate patients in such a manner and all I wanted was for him to rectify his behavior in the future as well as a direct apology. Vita said that Dr. Lee was in Korea, and that she would follow up in a month when he was back.I have waited patiently for the followup, and it is now March 2024. I called the office, and Vita returned my call and promised that she had communicated my concerns and that there has been a resolution.I am writing this review because I do not believe that she has actually done so, and I believe that the public should be on guard on the type of interactions that may occur here.PLEASE DEFEND YOURSELF/YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS IF YOU CHOOSE TO TAKE YOUR BELOVED PET HERE. Do not let yourself be belittled or disrespected by a self-righteous, ill-mannered, and ill-tempered man with a weird superiority complex that gets in the way of actually saving lives :/If you read my previous reviews, I have been to many clinics, and I have gotten pretty good at determining the difference between a vet who still cares and listens vs one who has reached a point of ignorance in their career. I have lost my own pet by trusting an incompetent vet like Dr. Choi, and I refuse to let it happen again.Dr. Choi, if you are reading this, please do better.

SCAM!!This place is a giant scam. You tell them your cat doesn’t have fleas but ask if the doctor could double check for you. He confirms CAT DOESNT HAVE FLEAS. Then sends the nurse in with a 1000 vet bill saying they want $200 tests $80 treatments etc etc. I have owned a lot of animals in my life and been to many vets. This place is ridiculous. For those of you with this problem you CAN tell them you don’t want the test and treatments that’s ARE unnecessary. Take them to a humane society for treatment iv gone to other vets & left paying only $150 this vet wants you to leave paying minimum $800. They must think we’re stupid because flea meds don’t cost $80 you can buy it at Walmart for $15 save yourself some money and don’t let them bully you and make you think your animal is gonna die if you don’t pay for completely unnecessary tests. Save your pet and save your pocket.

We have 2 dogs and we have been taking them here whenever they need a check up or when they are sick. All the Doctors here are just amazing. Their price is reasonable. All the staff that works here genuinely care about your pets. I highly recommend them. Never had a bad experience here.
