First of all I want to share my experience with indeed interview set time. This pharmacy employer was very rude when I informed her about rescheduling. She stated "okay no you can't reschedule you kept a promise that your showing up at 3:00pm. You kept a promise and no you can't arrive to the Interview. So don't show up" and she clicked right after. Without allowing me to inform to her the reason to reschedule. Like first of all that's why rescheduling exist because things pop up. And we don't expect things will pop up. Second of all she had no right to state it in that way to me. Very unprofessional. I called the place back she answered and informed her that what she said was very bothering Not formal or professional either. She then stated look regardless the reason you can't make it at the interview time. It doesn't change the fact I can't just allow a reschedule cause promises is everything here at this pharmacy. Then Imform to her you didn't allow me Inform the reason why. She said "look it wouldn't matter because we don't allow rescheduling of interviews". I replied that's false information. it shows on indeed to cancel or reschedule. After that i informed her the reason why. And she replied and said im not here to baby you". Like what the heck very very unprofessional to respond in such way for a employer. I told her that's very unprofessional honestly. And she said you know what look I don't have time for this I have other people calling. Oh well look for another position. And I have to take care of other people's calls and for interviews bye. I told her I will make a complaint to a supervisor and she clicked fast as soon as I said that." Don't apply here very wrong and unprofessional employer. Imagine how she would treat new pharmacy techs and all positions. She deserves to be fired. Don't apply here at all. !!!

Friendly staff who goes above and beyond for their patients! They also administer vaccines so I got my TDAP shot here. They may appear to cater mainly to older, Korean clientele but don't let that deter you if you don't speak Korean! Whenever I call, I speak in English and have had no problems whatsoever.

Amazing customer service! Very helpful people here. Almost feel bad im always needing help with prescriptions, the staff NEVER complains, always willing to help sort out RX issues, go out of their way to make sure i get what i need, and always do it with a smile, talk about professionalism, thank u all

I have nothing against the people that work here but my grandma couldn’t walk anymore due to her swollen legs and ankles from the side effects of the diabetes medication from this pharmacy.Giving it one star only because I think this practice of “modern” medicine created by the Rockefellers needs to be abolished and people should start looking for a holistic approach to curing whatever ailments you might have. Don’t trust big pharma. They don’t really care about your health. It’s all for profits and money.If anyone is reading this, hopefully you don’t have to go through the countless suffering my grandma or other people had to go through from lying and deceiving medical practices. Your body is your temple and you should treat it as one.

Owner male and female were so rude and lied to customer. I called and asked the front desk to be ready for my son's medicine. He put me hold without saying anything and one of the lady picked up the phone.I provided all the info. and she put me hold 3 times to check up. And she asked me back I still have old medicine s or not.I told her just let me know when the medicine is available to pick up. She started a complaint about not polite to her and she put me hold without saying anything again for a long time. Male pharmacist picked up the phone with mad and shouting at me three times "Do you know who is she?" I said I don't know who she is. He told me she is my wife and she just left because I shouted and insulted her. They lied and he said don't come to my pharmacy because they don't want to be ready for my son's medicine.

First of all I have been coming to this pharmacy for quiet a long time now. I just moved to Rancho Mirage and I called them to transfer my prescription. FYI: If you have no etiquette on answering calls, please don't answer the phone. If you are on your own your man period, don't passively take your anger out to any customers, cuz you don't know who's on the other line. I appreciate the good work the other staff are doing, I think they are amazing. But this rude guy hang up on me twice trying to explain. There was no yelling or argument, it was just him embarrass because he has an accent. If you can't speak English or has no telephone etiquette leave it to some other staff to answer calls. It's very inefficient. The pharmacy is really nice, but with a man staff that's rude it just makes me cringe. Train your people right when it comes to answering phones. Pretty embarrassing if I come there face to face and he's all happy face not knowing his avid customer was just the one he talked down to.
