Mr. Kim is a very nice person, he helped me with my live scan finger prints. He was very patient and knowledgeable. He took the time to do them right and even helped other customers while the computer was checking all the information.

Never been here but from what bad things I have read in these reviews,I will not go there. Customer service counts for a lot. I was about to make an appointment before reading these comments. Plus,the passive aggressive way someone from the company is commenting back to some of the comments proves their point. Thanks guys for helping!

I do so appreciate the owner, Mr. Kim. I hadn't been in two years. I came in today to have him mail two large boxes. His eyes lit up when he saw me and said, Donna!! It's been two years, are you well, is everything ok for you?! He boxed and mailed my two boxes at a very reasonable price. This dear man has run this business for several years and has always been kind to me. God bless you, Mr. Woo Kim!

This guys sketchy as hell. He denied me service after I caught him breaking federal law. He was trying to fill out and/or alter a contract after I signed it. He expects you to sign a blank contract, where he could write whatever denomination, whatever timeframe, whatever terms and conditions; this does violate the uniform commercial code. He seems to be a bit prejudice or racist. He was asking me questions implying, if I'm going to get drugs or illegal goods delivered. Kind of insulting when I've served eight years. I'd recommend staying away I'd also like to point out the fact he charges for absolutely everything. A copy a box even the free boxes from the post office he charges for.

This guy is a freaking psycho!!! And he's the owner?!? I wanted to ship a package here since it happened to be on my way home. I forgot to print my label so he said he could print it. We printed the label and he told me it would be $2. All I said was "Jesus $2?" Under my breath and this PSYCHO Asian guy said "what do you have a problem with me?" I said excuse me I never said I had a problem with you I just felt like $2 was a lot to make a copy. He was super rude so I took my box and told him to kick rocks. He followed me out of the store and said hey I'm gonna call the police! I was like Um ok go ahead I'll wait right here. I had walked out but realized I left my $2 copy with my personal information on it so I walked back in and told him to give me the paper because it had my info on it. I gave him his $2 and walked out. He followed me out again screaming that he was going to call the police so I said go ahead weirdo. Then he screamed at some bum walking by to call the police! This guy has serious issues, whether with women or himself but whatever his problem was he took it out on me and that's unacceptable. I hope you let out your anger sir cause you seemed like you had a lot of it. Fortunately this was my first and last time here. By the way he beberé called the police. I wrote this whole review sitting in my car outside his store and the police never came.

I run a business and this is my weekly go to for shipping. The owner is really nice, so professional, and extremely helpful. I love this place because it’s so convenient for all your shipping needs without the hassle of the post office. I would definitely recommend this place. I don’t know how there would be bad reviews with this place because I give it 5 stars!

I’ve used this place several times for various shipping needs. I’ve never had any issues here. The hours and location are convenient next to Smart & Final and Baskin Robbins.

The owner Kim Woo is rude to customers. He is not professional.I went for passport pictures. I was friendly and greeted him. He was in a bad mood, didn't greet me, and didn't want to help me. I asked him if he could do a retake and he got angry and began yelling at me as if it was an inconvenience. As a good business owner you should treat customers with respect and be accommodating so you can keep loyal customers. If you're thinking on coming here do not. Please read all the negative reviews. Avoid this place at all costs. The service here is horrible. Do not waste your time and money here. This business should be closed down. The business owner should not be allowed to operate. There's better places you can invest your money in. Business's that will respect you and provide great service.
