I would give a zero stars but i can't. Bad service, I was waiting to ask if they can sharpen my chain saw, I was skip to another customer that just came in. I waited for nothing, I will be taking my business some where else!!!!!

They took real good care of my tios machines and even gave me operating tips to keep weed eater running good. I am going to bring my other machines here for maintenance. Thank you, Alan’s Lawn in Norwalk.

Well where do I start.."THIS WOULD BE ZERO STARS!!!"
This business is BAD BUSINESS..
I brought my Honda Mower in for a RECALL (CAM SHAFT) under Honda manufacturer itself... they had my lawn mower a month...I called almost everyday with no answers. They only blamed Honda for not sending my part (IT'S ON BACK ORDER) than they continued to tell me they will contact Honda and they will return my call with something for me...I never got one call back nor a message or a voice-mail... when I call the next day they would LIE TO ME and tell me they tried to call n they left messages...LIARS.... so one day I said I'm gonna get to the bottom of this (i said this to employees at Allen Mower right before calling Honda) . I called Honda made a complaint and my mower was ready in 30 mins after me calling and they said my part was still on back order... so I picked up my lawnmower which had been spotless when I brought it in...(BRAND NEW). My mower sat out in the rain for a month.. I can tell they did not touch my mower that day, seeing I would see the dirt has been rubbed off from just being finished like they stated.. (LIARS)
so they continued to lie to me constantly.... 3 weeks later I got a call from Honda Dept... they asked how things went. I told them.. THEY ALSO EXPLAINED TO ME THE DAY ALLEN MOWER ORDERED THE PART FROM HONDA THEY SHIPPED IT OUT THE VERY NEXT DAY... THEY LIED TO ME FOR OVER A MONTH ABOUT MY LAWN MOWER...
I just called to confront them and let them know I know they were lying to me the whole time... THEY STILL CONTINUED TO LIE TO ME..
HONDA TOLD ME THEY ARE ONE OF THEIR BIGGEST LAWN MOWER SHOPS THEY USE FOR WARRANTY THINGS... AND HONDA STATED THEY WILL BE GETTING BACK IN CONTACT WITH THEM... I'M GONNA BE TALKING TO HONDA TO MAKE SURE THEY EVEN DID MY WARRANTY PART.... (HONDA CAM SHAFT) I HAVE DOUBTS NOW!!
I'M GONNA DO EVERYTHING IN MY POWER TO HAVE THEM STRIPPED OF THIER HONDA CONTRACT...
I TRIED TO CALL THEM N ASK IF THEY WANTED TO MAKE GOOD WITH ME ON THIS BEFORE I LEFT A BAD REVIEW... "THEY CONTINUED TO LIE TO ME..(I GAVE THEM ONE MORE CHANCE)
DO NOT USE, BUY OR TAKE ANY EQUIPMENT HERE...
THIS IS A TERRIBLE BUSINESS!!!
I WOULD LIKE TO SEE WHAT THEIR RESPONSE IS ON THIS.... THEY KNOW THIS REVIEW IS COMING.....
Like I told you at Allen when I told you I think you been lying to me..
"IM A MAN OF MY WORD N KNOW HOW TO GET THINGS TAKEN CARE OF" YOUR IN FOR A RIDE FROM ME....
By the way I spoke to probably every employee in that shop, because I was calling everyday... not one of them got me any answers nor returned any call of mine.... THE WHOLE SHOP IS DIRTY N BAD BUSINESS.....
Don't let them blame their new computers n data on their poor business...
I could get much more in detail than this, but I think I made my point.... they did me more dirty than this review states...

Wouldn’t recommend buying anything online. They lack communication, they never reply to emails and they never communicate with the customer if they don’t have it in stock since the online site is not even updated. I had to contact multiple times why my $400 order wasn’t shipped. Then after resolving issues they still didn’t ship anything out so I just cancelled the order, after almost two weeks. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY

Took a Troy Built lawnmower for service last week. I had to call them because nobody was calling you back with my estimate on service. They said it should cost approximately $40(paid in advance) inspection fee . I called in today to see status of my lawn mower and was told that my lawn mower was going to cost $432 to repair(needs a new motor) .. I can practically buy a brand new lawn mower for that price. Come on people's I know things are tough out there but please try not ripping off the consumer, .****Update 10/13/2023. I took my lawnmower to another lawn-mowing service comp (Memos Lawn-mowing service in South Gate) for a 2nd opinion. He stated the motor needed a good cleaning and overhaul \ oil change and new spark plug, the service fee is $75.00. Much better pricing and honest service..****

Very bad service, I left my chainsaw for a service and they gave me a repair charge of 430 dollars, an unfair price, they charge more than what it is worth and I decided to go get my motorcycle and they delivered it to me in a junkyard, in pieces, my motorcycle is new, 2 strokes of use. and I come back and pick it up and they still have it in pieces, causing me to lose my day and my money. Please be careful with them, even though they charged me 20 dollars because just to look at it, they are rats and they are unfair, they don't use their machines because they charge very expensive and they They come back in pieces I'm disappointed with Alans
