This place is very much a P o $ Every time I pull up the clerk is outside smoking a "cigarette" and fratenizing with local hoodlums, as if he never works. He locks the door & doesn't leave any kind sign or message, only to come out of the bathroom 20 minutes later & acting extremely hyperactive, pupils dilated, & unable to annunciate his words. He lied & ĥ&said there were no restrooms available when I've used them before in the evening ( & I was the only person in the store @ the time.) There were loose potatoe chips all over the floor. He lied about providing cash back for my bank & I know all 7-11 stores provide this option. I don't know how the clerk keeps his job, clearly he is NOT good at it. I doubt the boss has given him a urine analysis. Maybe they should employ someone that is knowledgable, courteous, willing to work!

This is not a review about the store or its products, but rather, a story about human kindness.I was driving home alone late one Tuesday night and had the urgent need to use the restroom. Unfortunately I was far from my destination and wouldn't make it in time. I realized most businesses were closed, but in a desperate attempt for relief, I made an unfamiliar exit off the 605 freeway onto Rosecrans Ave. I saw the 7-Eleven and knew from experience that most convenience stores don't have public restrooms, but it was my only option and last resort. As I entered, I noticed several people waiting in line for one cashier, so I made my way to the back in hopes of an accessible restroom, but upon not seeing one, I returned to the front. The cashier and I happened to lock eyes and even though he was helping the others, he must have seen the helplessness in mine because he immediately asked if I needed the restroom. I replied, "yes please, it's an emergency." Without hesitation or judgment, he grabbed his keys and unlocked the employee one for me.I thanked him profusely again on my way out and he wished me a safe drive home. In my rush to leave, I forgot to ask for his name but I read in another review about a gentleman named Laxman at this location who helped a woman with her car, and I wouldn't be surprised if it was the same person.I hope he realizes the profound impact his small gesture had on a woman concerned for her safety at night but in a dire situation.

Last night (10:30) I had a car issue and waited for a ride at this store. The cashier was polite and helpful his name is Laxman. I asked if I could wait inside, he was concerned for my safty as I am an older women. He also took care of his customers. The reason for this review was to show that the staff at this location, is above regular customer service and is clearly part of the community. Mr.Laxman, Thank you again, Mrs.Perez

Ordered some taquitos and instead of giving me the stale ones on the grill, he insisted on making me fresh ones and was very kind. This kind of customer service sticks.

Don't waist your time going here they only accept 7 eleven cash at this location!! I stopped here for a ice tea cost a little over $1 and I only had a $100 bill and a $50 bill so I tried to pay with my card and they don't accept card payments for purchases under $3 so I figured oh well no choice so I tried to pay with $100 bill nope don't take that either so I had a $50 bill and they don't accept that either. So don't waist your time going here if you don't have 7 eleven money with you!! It's kinda like Monopoly money!! Oh yea also they don't wear masks here I guess covid doesn't like them either!

I was about to go in to this location and noticed one person in the store with no mask and several others with a mask around their neck. Also two dogs inside. Definitely not hygienic!
