“Attentive when hardly anyone is in the store, once busy , good luck getting the attention of the employees. There was one who came back from their break , they were the most helpful ( wish I could have gotten a name ). It would be nice if they had more selection of shoes in the store. Music selection was superb”

“My go to place for all my Indian wear. Price is very affordable. This boutique always has the latest styles and matching accessories. Quality and style is great. I definitely would recommend this place because I get alot of compliments whenever I wear the fits from there. I always had a wonderful experience with Sabana. “This review is solely for a Sales Associate named Sarah. She was so sweet!!! I was welcomed immediately. She assisted me with finding items that I was searching for. And did so with a good attitude. Though we were not able to find the exact items I needed, she told me to try online and explained the process of ordering the items to the store as well.Very sweet woman. Very patient.”
“We visited the store today and one of the items was worn by the mannequin. Due to the pandemic, there was only one service provider (who acted as the cashier and sales assistant) for that day. My daughter and I appreciate the good customer service provided by Christine. She said she just got assigned in Northridge for the day but she is from the Lakewood branch. She provided good customer service by removing the item from the mannequin despite of the fact that she is the only person serving all the customers.”
“My wife and I stopped by here because she wanted to get some sweat pants. When we walked inside, a worker greeted us and asked if we needed any help. We didn't because my wife knew where the sweat pants were at. She found the ones she like and then went to go try it on in the dressing room. During that time, I was browsing in the men's area and looked at their styles I usually don't shop at Hollister so I didn't see anything I like. My wife liked the sweat pants so she decided to purchase them. The girl working the cashier was very nice to us during the transaction. The store is nicely organized and the customer service is great here.”

“Came to shop here . Gerardo was the kindest soul . I had questions . The female cashier we had seemed bothered and annoyed. He came over to help answer questions .Associates like him keep people coming back . Even after mediocre customer service from other employees . He is definitely management material .”
“Esmeralda and Daisy were awesome! I went in last week looking to find a dress for a wedding. I found a few that I liked but wanted to get input after trying them on. Both Esmeralda and Daisy were very nice, helpful and friendly. Esmeralda even went out of her way to locate one of the dresses I liked in a different size at another location and had it placed on hold for me. Now that I found the perfect dress I will be going back again to find some accessories to match and hopefully these two ladies will be there to help me. This is what makes a customer want to go back. “I love guess. I didn’t like that they took my stuff out of the dressing room while I was still trying clothes at the store. They need to give the customer a nice customer service. At the other guess stores their service is much better. They took my purse, shoes and pants out of the dressing room I have no idea why.Sisnay and lizzet made me change my review from 3 stars to 4 stars very patient and nice. Thank you for helping me to find the clothes that I love and the beautiful pink handbag. Thank you”
“Nothing like a nostalgic trip to Spencer's, now with a fun mobile app to help you earn freebies!Always enjoy browsing around and seeing what's what from graphic, novelty, and band/musician tees to spiritual fun with candles, incense, crystals, plus books.The inventory is varied with adult toys, clothing as well adult-themed party items, snow globes, trinkets, jewelry and coffee mugs as well as key chains galore! This gift shop & more store has a little bit of everything. Typically stop in around friends' birthdays or holidays for presents or present ideas, but was feeling nostalgic. “My wife and I stopped by this store inside Northridge mall because she was looking for a dress to wear to a wedding. When we walked in, a worker greeted us and asked if we needed any help. I told her my wife was just browsing at dressed and she told us most dresses for wedding would be in the front. They had some nice selections but my wife didn't like any of them for a wedding. So we just walked around the store so my wife can see what else she might like.”
“I love this place for shorts! I mean, I love all their clothes, I've found quite a few different pieces I like, but I keep coming back for the shorts. I have a small waist, but bigger hips and thighs, and have a hard time finding shorts that fit just right to flatter that, until I started shopping here! In fact, I still have a pair that are my favorite from here that I have owned for 10+ years now, so I guess another great thing is how long they last! And the prices are so reasonable too”
“I came into this store to look at their nursing uniforms for my wife. I was already in the plaza visiting other stores and waiting for my friends to grab lunch at a restrauant across the street. This place is like one of those drift store because it just looks like a warehouse with less lighting but a lot of clothing inside. I looked at some of the nursing pants and shirts for women, the price seem reasonable. I touch the material and it does feel different from the higher quality one. They said it's wrinkles free and such but you won't know until you try it out yourself. The employees were nice to me when I walked inside, they greeted me and let me shop in piece. I look at their jeans and jacket that they have in the store as well but I didn't see anything that grab my interest. I'll come back with my wife if she wants to take a look at their selections.”

“I stopped by here with my wife because she wanted to see what t-shirts they have to offer here. When I walked in, a worker greeted me and asked if I needed any help. I told him that I didn't and that I was just browsing. They didn't have a lot of variety of shirts but they had some funko pop toward the back. They also had a decent selection of backpacks. The store isn't that big but it's a good enough space for this store.”
