The mall closes at 8pm today. This store had their doors closed at 6:45pm. The girls at the register were super rude. They stood there and did not come over when there were customers outside wondering why they were closed early. Finally a girl came over and she didn’t open the door. She preceded to try and talk through the glass door. A coworker came over and yelled that they are closing early because they do not have a manager present which was obviously a lie. They were super rude and closing before business hours is bad practice. Their demeanor was very rude. I will never go back to this store. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. I don’t even give this place one star. Google makes you do it. They get negative stars.

Most unprofessional staff, they will scan your gift cards and claim they are empty to box the funds! If you are looking for gifts or of any sort I highly recommend else where because staff including management are completely rude and will give you a bad experience.

Esmeralda and Daisy were awesome! I went in last week looking to find a dress for a wedding. I found a few that I liked but wanted to get input after trying them on. Both Esmeralda and Daisy were very nice, helpful and friendly. Esmeralda even went out of her way to locate one of the dresses I liked in a different size at another location and had it placed on hold for me. Now that I found the perfect dress I will be going back again to find some accessories to match and hopefully these two ladies will be there to help me. This is what makes a customer want to go back. Great customer service! Thank you, Esmeralda and Daisy!

Lots of people have been waiting outside and this just encourage me to give them a review. They don't open at their time, so expect to wait. I even had to wait at the dressing room cause no one was there but chatting at the front...

Horrendous customer service. No employee was present at the fitting rooms, and the unoccupied rooms were completely open so my sister went on in to try on dresses. Mind you, there was no sign either instructing that we had to check in at the front if we wanted to try anything on. Next thing you know, one of the employees, a heavy Hispanic woman with her hair dyed blonde knocks on the door asking how many items she had in there. Upon my sister's response, she rudely snaps "next time you need to tell someone at the front if you need a fitting room." My blood was already boiling and the cherry on top? She stared us down as we left the store with the ugliest glare. I have never had an experience like that before. This level of rudeness and judgment is absolutely unacceptable in any customer service interaction. Disgusting.

This store is awesome everyone is so helpful. You can find everything u need. Victoria and Esmeralda are so sweet they helped me find birthday outfits. Briana helps find matching jewlery.This store is amazing.

Worst customer service ever !!!!!! These girls are LAZY!!!!!! And will tell you to your face that they think you stole something even thought your telling them you gave your email so they can check the record!!!!! I don't get why they ask for your email if they don't want to pull the receipt out of there system ???? I was planning on buying more things but after that I don't even understand how they are running this place !!!!!

I wish I could give 0 stars but I guess you need 1 to post a review. This location is terrible. The items are in disarray, the employees are not helpful at all. They have no interest in helping their fellow woman find what they need. I wish I had gotten their names but one was a short haired girl with glasses and the other one was a bigger taller woman. Neither had any customers they were actively helping, they were either in the back listening to their music or mindlessly fiddling with the dresses on display. Did they really need two people helping one guest checkout, just chatting away while other guests are waiting for their assistance. Definitely not gonna return to this location.

Seems like only 1 fitting room open on a busy Saturday!! Long line over an hour to try on the clothing items!! Ridiculous! Nobody comes to acknowledge or do anything about this loooooooong line! It just keeps growing.... Beyond annoyed

Bought 2 dresses her and a top. One for prom and graduation! The dresses look great but the options are slim for people like me (5ft and 82 lbs aka x small) which i don't blame them for, It's generally hard to find anything that fits me but in the end I did!
