I have never been inside this branch or dealt with anyone at this location. However, I have used the ATM quite often over the years and have never had a problem. The area surrounding these ATMs are well lit, so you can easily see if someone approaches you. In general they seem pretty safe.

The bank manager and two staff had a lengthy conversation with a customer while 8 customers waited in line. There was one teller working, she is actually helpful, while three others stood around wasting time. Despite the long wait, the manager chose to take a compatriot that had been sitting outside ahead of everyone else in line. There's little wonder that this bank only has 2.3 stars. Staff should attempt to make customers feel valued even when they aren't related.

We have been banking with Wells Fargo for over 40 years. This location since we moved to Porter Ranch years ago is by far the worst overall service. No one seems to care that there is a huge line and one super slow teller. and the one teller working doesn't seem to want to stand up, so after standing in line for 32 minutes, we had to go down to the merchant window so they could remain seated. waiting this long it ridiculous, and 4 more waiting to see a real banker. Severely understaffed and unfriendly. We've resulted many times to drive to another Wells Fargo further away just to avoid this particular branch. Wake up Wells Fargo and do something about this.

Bolly left me a voice message with a phone number. I called back the voice message told this phone doesn't support voice mail. I couldn't reach him and my appointment was cancelled. This branch is no longer serving as it used to be, their service is poor.

One teller working on July 3rd right before the 4th of July holiday. It's always only one or maybe 2 tellers at this location if you're lucky.

My account was blocked due to a suspicious activity I had to go to the bank, the manager sandeep was super helpful I really appreciate it, he spent over two hours on the computer and online trying helping me, comparing to the other branches like the one on Devonshire and mason I was shocked when the actual branch manager helped me since everyone else were busy, thank you Sandeep :)

Horrible bank! I was in a rush and needed to take out cash. The doors are locked at 12:15pm during the day on a Wednesday! The manager comes out and tells me they are closed for a hour due to teller needing a break (since they only had one teller) what kind of bank does this?? I will make sure to switch banks. This is how they treat their customers of 20+ years

I wasn't expecting great things when I came in to cash a check not being a member but the lady there was really nice about it and made me feel comfortable. She didn't act like I was a bother or a burden. Thank you!

Sometimes things do not make sense and are illogical at Wells Fargo. I needed to close an account so I went to a branch. I believe a branch should be able to do pretty much anything relating to your banking needs. When I arrived at the branch I was told that they could not close my account but I could withdraw all the funds "zero out accounts", then call the 800 number and they will assist in closing accounts. This was striking as I think of a banking branch as a place where all your banking needs could be taken care of. After leaving the branch and calling the 800 number and being on hold, I was told by phone representative that she could not close account since the branch withdrawal was pending and that I will need to wait for my in branch cash withdrawal to clear before account can be closed. Please excuse my sarcasm but what is the purpose of a branch at Wells Fargo? Secondly why would a cash withdrawal made at a branch be a pending transaction ( pretty straight forward cash withdrawal is money out with nothing pending, account has no money, nothing pending).Third if the powers to close an account are given to a call center then they should have the ability to close an account when a pending cash withdrawal shows since there is nothing pending from a in branch cash withdrawal. I cannot imagine a reason for these protocols to be set in place other than just inconvinience the customer. If I did not have direct deposit on my other accounts, which I am in the process of moving to another institution. I would withdrawal all my money from accounts that day and called the next day (sarcasm) once the pending cash withdrawals cleared. I am sorry but after being a customer for almost two decades it is time to part my way with Wells Fargo as I cannot imagine any situation that justifies the protocols used to close an account.

This branch is better than many other Wells Fargo branches I have been in years, I used to go to Reseda but lines over there are Horrible now since after Pandemic things are not same so I guess we need to get used to for ling lines and short staffed.. Tellers and Bankers are amazing at this branch always want to help their customers..

This is the worst WF in the valley. They only have one teller with a manager either in the back or sitting behind the glass. Get it together. Where's the customer service?!

This is the worst bank. At least one customer each time I go complains about this location. Please go elsewhere. Even if it's only one person in line you will still have to wait at least 30-45 minutes. This is just one of their issues. If you want to cash a check for 100.00 they will make you show multiple proofs of Identification.

This place does not even deserve one star. Unfortunately I have to choose one to post this review. Long story short, I have been receiving a lot of fraud on my Wells Fargo accounts and money not arriving. Not too sure who is causing all this but it has been a recurrent theme. Also, this bank being currently closed, is a lie. Have a good one
