Saturday morning I go to boot up my new Acer predator Helios 300. Nothing. In a panic I searched on Google found Watt Computer Repair I called first ring pick up it was Dory I hope I spelled your name correctly answered and me up and running over phone within 2 minutes. Thank you and bless you man. I am a film and music producer on current projects I can't not have my computer he saved the day. I highly recommend this company and dory

Rarely do you find someone who genuinely cares about your issues and puts in effort to really understand the situation. Unfortunately, I bought a Gaming Computer from Best Buy and have had issues with the computer from Day1. Blue Screen Blue Screen Blue Screen :(Dory made sure I was comfortable with the process and made sure I understood all my options. I've been suffering with these problems for almost 2 years and I can safely say that ALL my issues were resolved and I am beyond happy with the results.I HIGHLY recommend Dory for any computer needs and if you have some time check out the pictures of the Gaming Computers he built! I will def be returning to Dory for any computer needs!

This is my first time having a PC repaired. My gaming machine died right in the middle of a marathon sesh - with the prices of GPUs what they are, and not knowing what, exactly, had killed my machine, I was devastated. Called Dory, swung by his shop, he gave me a diagnosis for FREE and told me I needed a new motherboard. I tipped him for his time, all the same - his analysis helped a lot in narrowing it down. I ordered the mobo but had an inkling something else might be wrong with the PC, so decided not to do the repair myself. Sure enough, the PSU was shot and Dory took care of sourcing a 600 W for me (after a generous offer to GIVE ME - for free - a 500 W he already had in stock). Three days later my PC is alive again!!! And for $1500 less than a brand new, equivalent gaming PC. Couldn't be more pleased with the service. Dory is my guy for PC or Mac repairs, going forward. Give him a call!!!!!

Highly recommend Watt Computer Repair! When I called Dory my computer had no operating system and a failed hard drive, it was unusable. I considered repairing it myself but decided that I would rather go with a professional and support a local business. Dory quickly called me back after I left a voicemail. Dory is very knowledgeable and seemed excited about computers and genuinely enjoying his career. He quickly gave me a price quote and I was able to bring in the computer right away. When I came to pickup the computer Dory turned on the computer, gave me a receipt and handed me my old hard drive. I noticed the attention to detail. The removed hard drive didn’t even have one scratch on it! My computer is working better than new.!
