Got my hair done yesterday at the salon and the silk press looks horrible i got extensions added and the rubber bands she put on my hair pulled my hair and i have a bald spot. The manger so rude and nasty unhelpful when i called i would never recommend anyone getting their hair dont here

Carolina is the absolute BEST! She is kind and attentive. I appreciated her taking the time to help color match me right before the store closed. She helped my mom as well! She is highly knowledgeable and knows all the right products that work well. She also gave helpful tips that everyone who wears makeup should know. I recommend her 10/10 if you are looking for assistance at this Ulta. This store is fortunate to have her! Thank you again, Carolina!

Great service from Jessica! She immediately helped me and made recommendation for new foundation which I needed a new color as mine was discontinued. Professional and really nice, will definitely come back to get my makeup needs at this location.

First time at this location and had a horrible customer service experience. There was a nasty blonde associate who seemed to be having a really bad day. Spoke with a horrible, condescending, and disrespectful tone when talking to my children and I when asked a question. Seems to hate her job.
