AMAZING SERVICE!On March 27, I went in with Mark to repair a clasp on my gold bracelet. In short, the experience was full of incredible information on ways to improve and maintain my bracelet as post care so we ensure it doesn't happen again. The estimated time was two days and it was done within 2 hours. When coming in the day after, mark and his associate were so kind and rechecked the bracelet for any other fractures.So appreciative of this experience and will 100% be coming back.

I met Mark who was thorough and helped me fit my watch for me. He took a quick look and saw that I didn’t need to readjust, but I insisted on making it smaller, which he complied with no issue. Shortly after he brought it back, I put it on, and saw that he was correct in his observation. So he reverted the watch back to its original fitting and didn’t charge me, although I insisted for his service. You can tell that he’s quite perceptive and his kindness shows. Hard to find quality businesses and helpful people, but Mark has the qualities of a well-intentioned businessman.

What an absolute pleasure it was to be blessed by the Team here at Tubro Jewlers!I decided to take my vintage 1950's gold ring, and 1950 Bulova Gold picture-watch.These pieces hold not just extensive sentimental value to me. But are also worth quite a pretty-penny in my eye.I trust Turbo Jewlers to not just handle every job with elevated levels of care, and finesse. -But to make you feel welcome, and at home, while the Job is getting done.Both jobs were handled in about an Hour, total.I spent under $125 for everything, - Granted; my pieces were small, but both were cleaned, and look brand-new!I'll be coming back here shortly for a Gold replating, and for a repair done to my leather watch band! (Maybe even a laser engraving!)Thank you so much.

Mark was very kind , courteous , and professional. The workmanship on my necklace repair was outstanding. The work was completed on time , as promised. Additionally , mark advised me that the sunglasses I wanted repaired was not necessarily worth it for me. Rarely do you find an honest businessman willing to forgo income generated , let alone for a first time customer. Such integrity won me over and now I’m a customer of his for life.Five stars…

I had a wonderful experience at Turbo Jewelers! The battery of my U-Boat watch had died recently and I was concerned that it would be a hassle to have fixed, but the Turbo Jewelers Team promptly replaced it within 10 minutes of me entering the store. Their service was truly amazing, and their work was obviously done with proper care and professionalism. While waiting for the replacement, they offered me chocolates, light conversation, and even a rather memorable lucky token to keep with me. I’ll be sure to come back here every time I need a watch and/or piece of jewelry fixed in the future.Thank you again for the wonderful service, kind words, and efficient fix!

Took my Breitling Watch to turbo jewelers because my watch needed extra links for it to fit me again. They ordered the links for my watch, got the parts, and installed them on my watch.
