It's taking over 3 weeks just to add a name to a fantasy football trophy. Guy said to my face he could do it in 1 week. I come on Friday when I get off work at 4 pm and the place is closed although I called him on Wednesday to ask what time his hours were. Terrible customer service. Do not come here for any trophy needs.

Great service! We have been using them for 3 or 4 years now. In the past we have left our awards until the last minute, but they always have them ready when we need them. The always remember us and are ready to help. This year we added to our usually order, they did a custom ribbon and knew just what we were looking for. They even showed me ideas for next year. Thanks for all the personal attention! Stay sweet!

So happy with our trophies. Came in on Wednesday and our trophies were ready by Friday afternoon. Such nice people. I was speechless when I saw the engravings. Price was very fair. Professional service. Thank you so much for our trophies. They look amazing.

They have been engraving my fantasy baseball league's trophy since the turn of the century (2000 AD) and my happiness is their biggest concern. Mimi was so helpful in the design of the perpetual trophy and the engraving fonts match year to year. Very professional and personal service.
