“I was referred to Mike by my other mechanic who doesn’t work on hybrid cars. I took my 2018 Ford fusion hybrid over to Russ transmissions because it had a transmission leak. Mike was super informative and updated me every step of the way unfortunately the cost of the repair just didn’t make sense with how many miles I had already put on my vehicle and we were already looking for a new one, but he didn’t charge me to look at it and he kept it for a few days and didn’t charge me to store it. The price seemed fair for the amount of work that needed to be involved and just the cost of owning a hybrid I would definitely take any future car to Mike because I feel like you’re gonna get a good deal no matter what.”
