Mike is an owner with integrity and knowledge who won't sell you a repair you don't need.I dropped off my 2004 Toyota Sequoia because it's having an infrequent transmission slip. Since they weren't able to repeat the problem with their test drive and inspection, they DIDN'T recommend a repair. I got my truck back with the recommendation to bring the truck back when the problem happens more frequently. You can tell a repair shop is honest when they don't recommend a repair. Our long time auto repair shop we frequent gave an alarming diagnosis after the vehicle would shut off spontaneously while driving. Aamco service center in Northridge was able to correctly diagnose the problem and fix it at half the cost quoted by our long time service shop. Needless to say I now have a new shop!”
