I have been going to total wine for a while and I like the chain. This store got the dumbest employees, the guy walking after me as I walked in and trying to follow me around, and then the cashier trashed my printed coupon without telling me. Never going back to this place.

My boyfriend works at Instacart, he picked me up after work and he had an order, I went into the store with him to get some ice cream, but it wasn’t there. My boyfriend collected the order and we stood at the checkout. When our turn came, my boyfriend showed his ID and age on the Instacart order sign, but the girl asked for my ID, I didn’t have it with me, to which they began to answer us rudely. The manager came over and he was just HORRIBLE AND NOT COMPETENT. He rudely told my husband to cancel the order, even though he earns money. Such people should not work and interfere with earning money. I don’t see any problems selling an ORDER FROM INSTACARD when the person who fulfills it has an ID.
