I could give a higher score, but they took away the ability to pay by cash in the self help check out kiosks. The store itself is similar to all other Targets that are well run. Also, I wish there were more restrooms in the store.

Great wifi connecter/reconnector, but the bad/rude/very inappropriate "must've been controlled by the illuminati" were pushing it yo. I was just trying to make my way back home (back home) by downloading cash app so I could hopefully receive enough money to at least buy a little piece of bread..

target's stock on their website & in app doesn't always match what is actually in the store. i have had issues with this location before & had a question about my online pickup order, so i wanted to call before making the drive out in case I'd be wasting my time again... but they never answer the phone. nonexistent customer service is bad customer service. ?♀️

Alex really mans this Starbucks location! The Starbucks staff is always amazing and in high spirits! Esperanza, carol, Alex, Linh, violet you guys are all great !! They have a nice variety of Starbucks cups and mugs too. Also, after you shop at target sometimes you get promo gift cards (5-10$) and you can use your target gift cards at the Starbucks!!! It's like free coffee! Love this bang for your buck. So worth it! I love target :) they always have great deals and sales. RICKY IS THE BEST! Helped me with my drive up order and he was so nice and went above and beyond. This target has great staff!

DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE!!! I came to return broken items ordered online to this Northridge store because it was on my way home. Brought the broken items in the box in came in with an order receipt and was told by their manager Liliana that they couldn't process the return because it was an illegal return. She said that I had previously returned my order somewhere else. I told her no and she said she didn't trust what I was saying and adamantly asked me to pull up my order on my cell phone. It was not enough to have the receipt in hand. She accused me of fraudently returning items. Why the hell would someone have so much time to do that. Do I have nothing else to do? Even after she verified my order on my phone which literally took 20 minutes because she had crazy long nails trying to scroll through...she replied we can't return your order without even telling me why. After accusing me and just because of her incompetence I asked for someone else to help. She got mad and sent someone over to intimidate me. I got on the phone with Target.com and they processed my return within minutes. I don't even know why Target would hire such a person. Liliana you really need to be re-trained from the bottom up. Shame on you Target for hiring people who don't know how to process returns when your motto is "Enjoy free & Easy returns".

I been a customer for many years, coming with my dog and today I was asked to leave the store because today security was implementing the "dog policy" There not very constant with this policy, I felt more discriminating in this ocasión, since I always see dogs in the store, all the time, not necessary as service dogs!

we went to skis gliders for my husband's walker they do not carry them the staff had no clue what i was talking about. One of the staff members couldn't even speak English to understand what i was asking for. the other staff member couldn't even find the item in the store he told me that the gliders for the walkers was in the infant dept i told the guy how is that possible if it for a medical walker that you get after having surgery. he said that is the only gliders we carry is in the infant dept. Here to find out u can only order them ONLINE ONLY which is so stupid & inconvenience
