My replacement phone had a problem with charging port, and T-MOBILE said they would replace it under warranty. Waking in the store , I told the employee that my replacement phone had arrived. The minute I said that both the employee and the managers face expression changed. They we not happy. The phone doesn't have a single scratch ! Without even looking at the phone charging port, they claimed physical damage! I asked to show me where, and the manager rolled his eyes. The manager stated that he doesn't care if T-MOBILE will instruct him to replace it , and he will not do it! After talking with the T-MOBILE representative , i was informed that this place has an extremely bad rating on warranty exchange, and they will talk to the T-MOBILE sales manager who signed up these guys. Keep in mind that these stores are not actual T-MOBILE but a private resale store. My advice is to have your replacement device shipped to your home and only buy products from the T-MOBILE website directly! Hopefully, this location will lose their contact with T-MOBILE!

I've had a fantastic experience with the a sales person, Juan, at this location.Since 1st time that I purchased my new device, 3 months ago untill now whenever I experience a technical issue with any software or app he's always been there to solve it. He's professional, knowledgeable and pleasant.I've referred other ppl to that store & they too were totally satisfied.So, thank you Juan ! ?

Customer service is very crazy ?. My order is ready for pickup but when I got there they says Manger is out off work two days I have to wait. WY they send me msg my phone is ready for pickup. I don't recommend any one go there. They do lot off lies.

My first experience was bad. Who was that lady responded to me in rude way to accept Internet gateway device, asking for return label which was not told to me by the other store. She was like "Well, I don't know, you go to hell". Is this how you treat a customer? You got to solve the problem. I had to go and return 3 times to return the device, no proper communication from a communication company ? What a disconnect. I had to call the customer service online and get the things sorted out. I have to run to drop off one more time. I will not go to this store.

Oscar, the manager was so understanding after my horrible experience at the Granada Hills location. I appreciated that they were honest and didn't rely on me to help them through their responsibilities. Thanks guys!

I had a wonderful experience at this T-Mobile store. By chance, I stopped here after doing some shopping at the Northridge mall. It was the best decision I could have made. As soon as I entered, they greeted me with a smile and offered to help. If someone couldn't answer a question, another team member immediately was there to help. You can notice that employees here work as a team. I had numerous questions and they were all answered. The people that work here are patient, knowledgeable, and courteous. The store is clean, well lit, and organized. I recommend this store to anyone who has had a bad experience elsewhere. This store location is not close to me, however, I am willing to travel here for the customer service they deliver.

I can say that the employees here are nice, but they are a combination of utterly uninformed about their job, and completely careless. Employees here have cost me hundreds of dollars and I am still waiting on a solution. I can take personal accountability for not staying on top of my bill, and noticing that what they said what did not make sense, and was not true. It's on me for not being more diligent, but it's absolutely on them as well as several employees there have either lied to me, or simply told me they would do something that they ended up not doing, or was completely mistaken, or dishonest about what I owed, and what I had to do. All I can say, is make sure to be very diligent about your own information and your bill and what you owe. Don't make the same mistake I did, and just trust them because they work there. I have been blatantly lied to there, and misinformed, and screwed over massively.

doing business here was one the worst decisions I ever made- responded to a TMobile offer to swap out my old droid and in the process agreed to swap out my old iphone and purchased an IPhone 14-- was then sold a bunch of accessories that I was told "were part of the package" and have appeared on my bill, all fnanced without approval. Isaac raked me over the coals I have spent hours on the phone trying to resolve it, have yet to see the $200 trade in credit for my old IPhone. I am being charged full price for the replacement droid. I have tried to resolve this on the store level and all I get is arrogance and attitude. STAY AWAY
