I went there a few times, and every time, there is an issue!
The worst customer service ever. They are all weird and don't even smile. They don't care about anyone. Worst parking lot ever.
I will never recommend it to anyone and will never go back

This place has gone bad. The owner is hella rude. I asked if she had any other shades of red in another sample book (because there is two sample books) and she snatched the nail samples and raised her voice that there is clearly other reds and how come I'm not seeing them. The guy who did my pedicure cut my nails so short and got nail polish all of my feet and when I politely asked if he can help me clean it before sticking my foot under the light, he got mad and barely wiped it off. Then continues to get nail polish on the side of my toes. The lady working on my gel x nails she was nicer than the guy but definitely rushed and cut me a few times and now every other finger hurt. I asked for a simple design and she connected the two straight lines across and when I asked her to fix it, she made it worse and I told her I'm sorry but if she mind fixing it again but the owner was suddenly there and she snapped at me asking me what I was talking about. So I explained to her how when she wiped the excessive nail polish on the side that caused the lines to connect. The owner was just planned rude to me and the worker. The nails at the end is 5/10, there is a lot of glue, my cuticles aren't cleaned up and design lines go from thick to thin but again she was rushing it. The owner was very rude and even when I was trying to pay with card, cuz I've done so before and saw someone pay with card while I was waiting for my turn. But no she was pushy about paying in cash, Venmo and then Zelle. I told her I wanted to pay in card and she starts telling me it's the same as Zelle and tosses her Zelle info on the counter. So I just paid in cash that I was hoping to use later for something else. It's a bummer that this place has gone down hill but the owner was rude and made the experience uncomfortable.

I called to verify prices about Gel pedicure and specifically asked for the service I wanted and I was told one price then when sat down was handed a card of service choices different prices. I don't appreciate false information. The person tried to justify the difference in price with an excuse of language barrier in that case shouldn't let individuals that don't understand answer the phones.

I have been coming to this place for years and I like how they work despite the fact that sometimes they do the job fast and that's when they lack something, now the person who took care of me in my biogel gave me the moisturizer in my hands so that I could put it on at the end, how bad!

Ok, let me just say that I'm not one to leave yelp reviews, but I have been so disappointed with Sydnee Rose's customer service in the last few months. I've been a customer for over 10 years, and their quality has absolutely tanked with change in ownership. There have been at least two incidents that I have felt that I'm not respected or treated fairly as a customer. During one incident, I received a call 5 min prior to my appointment time asking that I came in later since my nail tech's previous appointment had shown up half an hour late to their appointment. I let them know I was already in the parking lot and would be coming in, at which point I was seen for a rushed and poor quality manicure that lasted no more than 15 minutes. The nail tech then proceeded to see the other client who was significantly late to their appointment. More recently, I received a call from reception saying that I had mistakenly booked an appointment with a tech on a day she wasn't there - very blaming tone with no sense of responsibility that THEY likely made the mistake, since it's not my responsibility to know who works on what day? I booked this appointment a month in advance since i would be traveling internationally, and was told a day before that they had to change the appointment. All that to say, management/ownership/reception is the biggest issue and I'll be finding a new nail salon.

Everyone was friendly and they had great colors to choose from. I got the happy hour pedicure and it was great and relaxing.

I dropped off my 15 year daughter to do her nails for an occasion she was going to. 30 min later she called me to be picked up. I went inside to pay and noticed that that cuticles were not cleaned glue underneath the nails looked like a toddler did it was not filed properly every finger had weird shape and was short. The whole thing looked unfinished messy and bad and last but not least the sides of the nails and the top were not colored at all. My kid mentioned it to me that lady was rude to her by constantly pulling her fingers and yelling at her. She is a shy kid so didn't say anything. So I go I'm here to pay but I'd like to show whoever was helping me with the payment to take a look at the job that was done but lady didn't give two shirts about what I'm trying to say or show all she cared was for me to pay which I did than she called the actual lady who did the job. So she said oh it's because of the color we don't color the sides I'm like Ihv done that color many many times and it's always colored. She goes let me file it will get fixed and started filing. Shape was bad to begin with and it didn't make a difference. I just don't understand how people take advantage of of kids and do shitty jobs like that the parent is the one who pays and I don't have problem doing it and leaving a generous tip but not this was no it's not fair by any means. I'm disappointed I go to Dora there and she is great but what they have done to my girl and acted like that's how it's done was the very very disappointing. I won't send my kid there for manicure again I'll take her where I go but don't take advantage of kids it's not cool or right.

Love Terri! She does the best pedicures and her massage is amazing! She's my go to gal for sure! And Dora did an amazing manicure and an amazing massage! Thank you ladies!

I had been coming here since I moved to the valley about 10yrs. Loved coming here even my sister drives from Ventura county when she's around the area. Lately the last couple years it's been going down hill. Usually I don't request a tech because I'll trust/like the service. About 2 years I did callus removal and the lady cut me. Took me a while for the heel pain to go away. I still kept going giving them a chance. Couple weeks ago I went I got a male tech. He did NOT soak my feet in water or anything. He kept filing and filing my middle toe to the point I flinched. It caused my toe to get inflamed and it bled. All he said was I'm sorry. The owner lady in the front when I paid I told her what happened. Didn't bother to offer a discount or apologize. I miss the old owner and service. I will be looking into a different place.

I got a manicure with gel polish. It was really rushed, the polish has a lot of marks on it, and there was polish on the skin around the edge of my nail and finger tips when it was done.

I moved to the area for school. I am not picky; I went there for a pedicure without an appointment. I understand that "you get what you pay for"; that's why I picked the most expensive pedicure they had on the menu and added gel to it ($83 total). Then, I would get the best experience, and my toes would be treated equally with how much I paid for. There are still cuticles left on my toes, the gel polish wasn't dry on my two big toes, and the technician didn't remove it entirely. The technician only filed down the wet part, then re-pain only on that spot, which made it separate between the new and the old coat. So, again, I am not picky, but I expected with that price, my toes should not have many cuticles left, and the finish polish should look good.

Been going for years although my favorite girl left recently I decided to stay with them. I was willing to let go of the digging tell you bleed, and attitude that they are doing you a favor, and the waiting even though you had an appt. What I won't tolerate is them talking down to you, even knowing that the service you paid for....which is not cheap or the raising their prices when they feel like it without telling you first, is the inadequate service that they won't take accountability for never mind apologize. I witnessed two incidents where a young girl was unhappy with her nails and came back to have the color she originally wanted, only to have the manager yell at her mother then proceed to apply what color she thought was best. Another time a women came back to report that she was there just the day before and her nails were lumpy, which they were, was told she needed an appt to fix them and was sent away. Well they lied! Four women came in while I was waiting and not one had an appt and were taken in right away. No professionalism what so ever and rude!

Coco-nutty lime pedicure with regular white polish all for only $45 is such a deal. The place is huge and feels like a real spa/oasis to relax in. I called on the day of to schedule an appointment and I was seated as soon as I checked in with the receptionist. My nail tech was very efficient and thorough from the beginning to the end. I will make the trip to visit again. Huge plaza with plenty of parking spots. They accept Zelle.
