“I drive out here every Tuesday because this location is the best. The customer service is why I come. They are like family-today however, was a different experience. They have this manager in this location named Vanessa. She is completely rude. She opened up a line we put our things down to be scanned then she says it’s cash only which is not identified on the sign been here so many times I know better she is only gonna be here for two weeks. Thank God if she’s the one you send around to make sure locations are doing well she is the worst person I’ve ever met in the store, I will be going back one bad experience is not bad but she is extremely horrible customer service rude to everybody. I will wait until her two weeks are up before I come back here to my family at the store.”
“The employee are nice and store is always clean and organized and The Food from the kitchen is always good perfectly cooked and tasty so are the juices, I love to shop at the one in Reseda cause not all The Supermarkets are the same but I don't like the tamales there always dried and not enough meat and the menudo doesn't have Harmony in it and I love Harmony in my menudo but everything thing else is just right. Thank you”
“This is a grocery store. It is not a museum, it's not a MAC Pop-up store, you're not gonna be treated like a princess. You come to get your groceries at amazing prices, and you go. Everything else in-between is convenience and unnecessary. Seriously, if you believe that a fake smile or a pretty store is 20% worth more of your money then go shop at Wholefoods or Erewhon. I'm sure they would LOVE to give you a fake smile if it means you pay 20% more into their pocket.”
