Excellent place to shop for fresh quality food and products. Highly recommend but don't go during weekends because it's gonna be pretty crowded.

The store is packed with international goods at very good prices. They have lots of good quality produce (better than I have seen at Target and Smart&Final). They do get very packed and stay busy throughout the day. It would be a good idea for anyone to come with a second person so one person can wait in the long line while the other person shops for things. The parking lot is also very packed but if you come with a person with disabled parking, then you should be safe. There are just very touchy people in this store. There was a woman behind me and my mom and she kept touching my mom's hair and feeling her clothes. We told a cashier and they were like "they don't regulate any issues between customers".

This is a grocery store. It is not a museum, it's not a MAC Pop-up store, you're not gonna be treated like a princess. You come to get your groceries at amazing prices, and you go. Everything else in-between is convenience and unnecessary. Seriously, if you believe that a fake smile or a pretty store is 20% worth more of your money then go shop at Wholefoods or Erewhon. I'm sure they would LOVE to give you a fake smile if it means you pay 20% more into their pocket.

This is a grocery store with very good prices and lots of variety but don't expect a pretty supermarket like Trader Joe's or Whole Foods. They have a lot of international foods with an extensive meat, deli and bakery/bread section. They also have a pretty big liquor section too with some high end bottles. It does get super busy so I normally park my cart and shop then bring stuff to my cart. The parking lot also is just as packed as the store.

This store is interesting.They carry many Eastern European, Middle Eastern,and other everyday necessities.The stores recently underwent renovations and are much more spacious, well lit,and navigable.For the most part, the cashiers are friendly .The store is usually crowded.The clientele appear to be wary and ill at ease.I only go to this store for very specific items that I don't find elsewhere.

They're the only store that had what I was looking for. Expect to weave around customers in the aisle, and wait a while in line. It's a very popular store. My trip was for just one item, so I got in and out in a reasonable amount of time.

It's a very good store. You can find all great quality groceries with great prices.The only problem is their parking. The parking is so crowded and the stalls are very narrow.

This is a grocery store For shopping not for petty people. The review below of someone spelling out a persons name and saying they were going to get a beating probably deserved it go buy your groceries mind your business and go home ! They don't get paid to kiss your a** people are hilarious. I've never even shopped here and I searched closest grocery store & but the reviews were hilarious

I had the worst possible customer service experience in the Wine & Spirits section - AVOID at all costs!! My friend who is out of state always buys me a high end bottle of liquor for my Bday, usually JW Blue but this time Don Julio 1942 that was supposed to be delivered to my house. On Sept 7th I get a text that they are on the way, no knock, no call or follow up text so I responded, Thx Its not here. There is a signature required but no note left or photo that they came, I asked the manager how they verified the 1st delivery but he didn't answer the question. Its taken 2 reschedules already so I said to the awesome employee (Lucine) that I would come to Northridge from West Hills to pick it up, its been 10 days already. I asked them to reimburse my friend for the delivery charge and the Manager Albert said NO! I said what are you charging for if there wasn't a delivery, Im in your store picking up the delivery now. NEVER by alcohol here, very poor customer service from this manager, I guess SK needs my friends delivery dollars more than she does!?

I was just threatened by their employee Soto Benitez Cesar Daniel to be taking outside for a beating. The cashiers don't even acknowledge you. Next time I receive the nasty service they're famous for, I will post the name of the employee on the internet to be there for the next 2000 years. Nasty employees, nasty service. Our community deserves better.

I was at the store today around 11:00Am to shop,then I decided to buy Daou wine went into the liquor section, trying to find what I need, I asked the lady standing behind the register where are the Daou wine? She pointed to my right. I looked for a couple a minute, couldn't find it, the security guard which new nothing about liquor was more interested to help me than the sales lady she was in different world not wanting anything to do with me,so I walked way mad promising my self I wouldn't go back, because there is a lot of places that they want my business.
