Cindy hooked me up! I love my nails so much and she did this in an hour. This was gel X and my birthday set. $98. Easy parking and hard workers there. It's a calm nail shop and they don't force you to do things like other nail places

I was going to pay but the card declined. So I told the lady who did my nails that I was going to get my husband so that he can pay. He was in the car which was parked right in front. He was watching our baby and obviously she couldn't be left in car alone. She got in front of me and closed the door. Spoke in their language... obviously talking crap. I dislike the fact that they talk behind our backs. I explained to her the situation and I got ignored and treated like a criminal. The rudest treatment I have ever received. I do not deserve to be treated that way. I always come here to get my gel manicure. I will definitely not be coming here anymore.

Well its not $40 anymore but I guess around here $50+ is about normal.. I was happy with Tammy gel nails an will go back unless I can find something a little less $$.

Very unhappy. I went in last week on Thursday and got a full set acrylic. When I went in there, I showed the woman a picture on my phone and asked her if she could do this design. She said no that she could only put stickers so I said OK that's fine. I had her put stickers on three nails and the rest were just a green French tip. When I left the salon that's when I noticed everything was crooked. I let it go and just said whatever it is what it is but then the next day Saturday, one of the stickers came off. While examining the nails because the sticker had just fallen off, I noticed that underneath the gel polish there was a hair. I reached out to Cindy on Instagram on Saturday. Sent her pictures and let her know that there was many things wrong with my nails. She told me I could come in Tuesday and they would redo the nails free of charge. I agreed, however, today, Monday, while I was washing my hands in the morning, one of the nail came off. Throughout the day three more of the nails fell off! I have never had an experience or after three days the nails are falling off, crooked, stickers come off, hair underneath nail, etc. With that, I messaged Cindy again and I asked her can I please get a refund this is ridiculous. I've never had anything like this happen. She told me there was no refunds available. I will not be returning here, I would not recommend going here, read the reviews before you go.

I was there this morning because it's close to my house and my former manicurist has moved and I had seen some positive reviews on Yelp. It's not exactly what I'd call inviting or welcoming. The entire staff spoke to each other in Vietnamese the whole time so I couldn't communicate my questions/preferences or problems with the fact that the towels weren't clean. In a steamer, yes, clean, no. I have short nails so I went for a simple mani/pedi..no big deal.. and I'm already noticing ragged edges on my fingernails. He even asked me for a bigger tip since they have 1 person for the manicure and another for the pedicure. I felt that I was generous enough so I didn't give one.

I called on a Friday and asked if I can make an appointment for the following Saturday and 8 am. The lady said yea sure no problem. I thought it was weird that she did not need my name, but I went in and they all kept asking if I made an appointment and I kept telling them yes, but I'm not sure who I spoke to. Another lady came in and said she called and they were also looking at her like confused that someone had told us to come in. The lady I had was super nice, but the nails didn't turn out great. I usually get all white and I know it's a bit harder, but I have definitely had them done better.

The pedicure is ok the nails are ok but the waxing... horrible went in to wax my legs arms and underarms the lady missed spots on my legs but that isn't even the worst thing the room she was waxing me in had cockroaches everywhere crawling on the floor one even crawled up the cart by the wax machine and the lady didn't do anything about it it was disgusting I go to this place for pedicure because that's the only thing that is acceptable.

I don't write reviews but I had to on this place, on august 13 , went into the nail salon for the first time, I had a 2:30pm appointment they didn't sit me down until after 3pm let's start by saying how dirty the place was floors were filthy pedicure chairs were dirty as well, a male started on my feet I did a pedicure with callus removal so once they add the cream on 1 foot and wrap it fine the technician used the same wrap on my other foot same wrap he didn't even turn it around so cross contamination Then they use a hot towel to clean and wipe off the feet right again he used the same towel on both feet, I called him on it and a lady came by me I told her what happened why is he using the dirty disposal plastic on different feet (R) & (L) she said that's how they do it I have been getting my nails and pedicures for 30 years I have never experienced that before that was just nasty and cheap on there side at this point I asked if someone was going to do my nails a gentleman said yes I am the man was painting my toes at this point it's 4:00pm so far I have been there for 2hrs for a simple procedure I sat in my chair for another 30min got up to pay my bill of $35 and was walking out the man said I will do your nails know ugh how long will that take he responded 40min so it was going to be over 3hrs for my nails and feet to get done, he painted my nails very poorly and the best part was the worst massage ever I was very unhappy I don't recommend this place at all bad customer service, dirty, reused items and takes to to long go somewhere else don't waste your money or aggravation

Not worth waiting or the price, your polish will crack or come off within the next day. Nail polish ?? are old and over used

I walked in fir a pedicure without an appoitment, and waited for 30 minutes. A lot of the polishes looked old and separated, but I found one I liked. My manicurist did not speak too much English, and never smiled. I also noted after I sat down that that the place was old, shabby, with broken equipment. Religious Christian programming was on the TV, no music. Not relaxing. She asked if I wanted her to do my calluses, which I assumed was part of the pedicure. Apparently it was extra. She asked if I wanted a scrub on my dry skin. I told her no several times. Eventually I caved in. It did not help, my skin was still dry afterwards. When I was done, and added a $5.00 tip for a mediocre job, I ended up with a $47.00 pedicure! I would not return to this "spa."

this is my go to nail spot when im in the area!! super affordable too :) friendly staff!! cleaned up my cuticles like no tomorrow. super satisfied.
