The installers are rude. The owner is always trying to upsell you and they tell you things are broken when they are not. They lie to steal your money. AVOID GETTING INSTALLATION HERE. It won't last long before you have to get it repaired.

Highly impressed. I won't hesitate to come back, and you shouldn't either for whatever your audio needs are, they know EXACTLY what to do.
VERY satisfied with their effort and abilities, they got you covered.

Even before I was fully satisfied with my purchase, I was still impressed with the level of customer service I got from owner Sam. I was even impressed with the inventory. I came back after my purchase to tell Sam I was so pleased with my purchase experience--but not the purchase itself--because I thought I'd get more satisfaction out of the 2 new speakers and 3-in-1 6" subwoofer/box/amp that I had installed under my driver seat. As it turned out, there was a volume control for me subwoofer that I had not seen. Once I found that control, everything changed. I went back and updated Sam on my newfound satisfaction, but I had another chat with him about making the absolute most out of my two front speakers and my two front seats. I could not afford to use any other room in my car. After the chat in my car as we tested my new equipment, my question was: do I get 1 more 6" sub combo to go under my passenger seat, or do I get an amp to boost my two new JBL speakers in my two front doors? It was a very thoughtful and productive chat with Sam. He heard me loud and clear. He understood my needs. I'll be back soon to install one more amp under my passenger seat to power my two new speakers up front. And Sam made me realize we could upgrade the two speakers in the back, and power all four new door speakers with the amp that can go under the passenger seat. Sam convinced me I'll have purchased the best that I could buy with the room I had, and I fully believe him. I'm looking forward to the end result. Thanks Sam and install crew at Stereo 1. 5 Stars! Will be returning asap.

I normally don't write reviews unless something is really bad and worth warning others about. However in this case I felt obligated to write one for Stereo 1 for the exact opposite reason.
Sam and Alex were very helpful and friendly from the get go, but what really sold me on this place is that after installing a new head unit, sub, and speakers - I realized that the head unit didn't have a damn knob for volume! I tried to get used to it but it absolutely drove me insane. The idea that after market head units don't have this is just ridiculous. I am not one to even send food back if there's something wrong with it but in this situation I absolutely had to go back and ask them to put the factory unit in.
Fully expecting him to charge me more labor to do this, I offered to attempt to uninstall it myself and just get my money back for the head unit and I'd put back in the factory unit on my own time. But Sam not only offered to put it back in, but offered to also refund the money spent on parts for the head unit, steering wheel control module, and a couple of other connectors.
It's possible the amount he refunded me didn't quite add up to all of the part costs, maybe to consider a small fee for an uninstallation/reinstallation job - but the math seemed correct and I didn't feel like I got ripped off at all.
I was very shocked by this, and truly appreciated it. Sam is an honest business man and truly cares about the satisfaction of his customers. He definitely did not have to do what he did but it is greatly appreciated. I'll certainly be telling anyone who needs audio to go to Stereo 1 in the future. Thanks again

These guys helped me install my dash cam, my wires failed on their own and stereo 1 helped me reinstall the wires under warranty!

Sam at Stereo 1 was awesome! Brought in 2 cars for a viper system and the turn around time was so fast! I've dealt with other places before and Stereo 1 is by far ahead of them all! Pricing was upfront and delivery of services was super fast. Even walked me through the system after the fact! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

59.99 Just to have the fuses and wires checked after installing a subwoofer an subs playing fine but when it became night time the break lights would not work. They found the problem a relay and fixed it in about10 minutes time Friendly overall great experience!
