It's always a good idea to grab some some coffee when you need to refuel. The service was great. I appreciate the person at the window offering me a straw. It helps when you still have some driving to do!

I stopped by here tonight to take my sister to get her Starbucks coffee. When I pulled into their lot, there was no cars in the drive thru at 8pm so I chose going through there. When i got to the ordering area, the person working the drive thru was already laughing. I think theh saw me reserve since I originally passed the ordering box because I didn't see it. My sister got ice Chai Latte. She said the Chai Latte was pretty good, they put light ice on it and still fill it to the top so thats a win-win. The payment was pretty simple, we pulled up to the window and he scanned the barcode on my sister phone. The lot where this place is in is not that big so be aware and the drive thru can back up during their busy time.Parking: There a limited number of parking spots here but be aware to stay away from the drive thru line or you might get boxed in.Kid-friendliness: This place is kid friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: This place is wheelchair accessible.

Very rude girls here. You can feel their negative energy. One girl in particular, when i asked very calm and nicely that the drive thru got my order wrong it seemed like it bothered her. I understand it's busy, but if i had got the right drink i wouldn't have had to come in to get it remade. I was not rude, i was not pushy, i use to work at starbucks, i know it can probably be really frustrating when it's so busy and there isn't much help. But it doesn't cost much to just say "i'm sorry about that, we'll kindly remake it" and not talk amongst the workers about me wanting my drink that THEY got wrong remade.

Every time hubby goes for a snack and drink they are always out of something. Went this morning to place an order and asked for a decaf coffee for me, since I can't have caffeine. Rude person at the window was nasty to him and said straight up "we don't brew decaf!" This is a coffee shop. Am I missing something? Back to the one on Chatsworth and Zelzah since they are never out of anything and actually do brew decaf.

I came into this Starbucks this morning and left very disappointed. I paid over $30 for breakfast and as soon as I bit into my burrito it was cold.I tired to just continue eating but I saw the cold sausage and was disgusted. I could not return back to the store due to having a busy morning. I was already in the store waiting for my order for about 20 minutes. I don't mind waiting but if I'm going to wait I expect quality food and drinks. so I called and see what they can do to help. I spoke with Aileen, she told me she was the supervisor, and she was no help. I told her I was just in and they gave me a burrito that was half cold. She asked me to come back into the store so they could give me a different burrito. That was an inconvenience for me, She suggest I call the customer service number. I called the number she provided and it was disconnected. I then called back to get the number again and they answered I asked for the customer service number and the line disconnected. I know I could find this number online but it's the principal for me. This is their job, to provide great customer service, make great drinks and provide quality food. Starbucks is costly and I don't mind paying but I would expect to get quality food. I also saw that they warmed my burrito with other pastries, which is probably the reason why my food came out cold. I used their apps and reward system all the time, I don't understand what they couldn't just return money. Aileen, the supervisor suggested that I come in later in the day..... it is all an inconvenience. So upset.

Friendly staff (Christian, Teddy, Marissa, Pia, Jackie) here at Starbucks, 9900 Balboa Blvd Northridge, CA 91325. It was our first time with my two cousins here. I will go to this location with my friends in the near future. Thanks so much for the great customer service.

Friendly staff good customer service definitely one of the finer Starbucks in the area aside parking can be tuff at times. Overall great drinks and staff that go above and beyond easily the best STARBIES in the Valley

Slow drive thru and DANGEROUS entrance on Lassen. Many near accidents, as a result of hazardous traffic entry/exit and slow drive thru service. They even had to put out orange cones to try to correct and funnel traffic. Either way, customers are exposed to high speed collisions at Lassen entrance and exit. If you can, avoid this location and go elsewhere.

I visited the Starbucks drive-thru on 09/27, and it's been a rollercoaster of experiences. Unfortunately, this isn't my first time encountering issues with my order. They got it wrong.Today, when I explained what happened yesterday, the response left much to be desired. They didn't seem to care, and it felt like they brushed off my concern. I get that it's a busy spot, especially in the morning - the parking lot is always a battlefield.Perhaps they thought I wasn't being truthful, but the recurring mix-ups have been frustrating. Some days, I leave with a smile because of excellent service, while others, like yesterday, it's a letdown. It's a gamble, and lately, the odds haven't been in my favor.
