We went there yesterday and not only found what we were looking for but 7 gallons of Arizona Watermelon! We bought them all and it get's even better, your cashier Tiffany was totally AWESOME! Not many if any people like her cashiering anymore. She was personal, friendly and super knowledgeable. You have to give Tiffany some recognition. It's because of her we will be back!

Spent an hour in there, fully loaded cart. Standing in line for 10 minutes when they announce their credit card machines are down, cash ONLY. This is the third time we’ve been where we had to abandon our groceries because of this issue. At some point something’s gotta be changed

I just got back from this store that I have shopped at it on a regular basis for many years. But my experience at the checkout counter today was so bad that I will never go back. Aaron, the clerk who waited on me did not put my bags in the cart, (as the other store clerks have always done) and when I had the "audacity" to ask for help, his response was "you didn't ask for help, and I was moving onto the next customer". Seriously? Then another store employee (who was standing around doing nothing) chimed in stating that he didn't HAVE to put my bags in the cart. Then she added "Hey, he put them in the bags", like I should be grateful that he did that much for me! Smart & Final is not a "bag your own groceries" store, and being treated like an annoyance when you ask for help (especially for seniors, such as myself) is an abomination, and should not be tolerated by customers or Smart & Final! The final straw was when I was leaving and the other store employee called out to me in a very sarcastic tone "Have a nice day!" Why does Smart & Final allow customers to be treated this way by spoiled children who do not even possess good manners, lack basic social skills and gang up on customers? I spent over $100 of my hard-earned money in this store today to be treated like this? Never again! Smart & Final has lost a loyal customer! I'll pay more at another store that has employees that actually treat their customers with respect.

I'll never step foot in this store again. Just left about 30 seconds ago. I was right in the middle of speaking to the checker and she started talking to someone else who grabbed her attention. I stood there with my eyes fixed on her to see if she would let me finish my question. Nope she handed me my receipt and change with absolutely no eye contact and moved on. Couldn't care less about what my question was. Poor customer service!

I stopped by this Smart & Final today to get some CVT soft serve ice cream since this is one place that has it. I found parking easily since this store is in a big plaza which I'm familiar with since I come a lot but never to this Smart & Final. Today during the afternoon they had some scouts selling girls scout cookies at the exit. They also have a balloon arch at the entrance. The store looks big inside and very organized. I kinda of figure where the ice cream section is and found what I wanted easily. I didn't see a self checkout area here so I think it's all cashier station. The cashier that helped me did not look like he enjoys being there. His body language was like annoyed and just overall negative. But I still treated him with respect and told him to have a great day.

Wow if the checkout folk could care any less it would be a world record. The service at this location is nonexistent so if you have an issue don't ask because they don't care! Very disappointing as this used to be a nice neighborhood store but that is long gone.
